Avoid this place like the plague!!

Avoid this place.
They will keep your money if you fail to receive your order (as if that's your fault lacking communication on the couriers behalf) , no refunds. The courier paack made two attempts to deliver my package, both of which I was at work no email to give an approximate time they would be delivering. No call to say that they were at my house or what to do with the parcel next (for example leave it with my neighbour). With two failed attempts I try to find a contact number for miniplanta but it doesn't exist, you go through their live chat or email them. Only when you've made the purchase do they tell you no refunds are given if the order fails to be delivered which I find absolutely appalling and basically theft. On what planet is it ethical to advertise and sell plants and if the courier fails to contact the client the client loses their order and their money. They dont even acknowledge your email so really do not waste your money or time on this false business because they are only it to steal your money. Absolutely shocking!

Update :

After escalating the complaint I received a call from miniplanta and they agreed to refund my money, for the items only and not the postage. I still think it's important that communication is key between the courier and the client so I hope this improves.
