Minisport again...just helped me…

Minisport again...just helped me restore a '98 Mpi I've had since 2000 and now upgrading an old RSP. Thanks again guys. Great communication throughout, good prices and adding in my cooper register discounts. Shout out in particular for Mick and Tom for their specific help..keep it coming.

Problem sorted but will shop elsewhere

We spent over £500 with Mini sport - 3 damaged items arrived. Couple of weeks later I did get a phone call from Mike the Sales manager who did everything he could to get us a new exhaust sent out after the first one had a big deep scratch in it. Much better service although I thought some compensation might have been nice for all the stress but hey ho not a problem - Plenty of places we can shop from in the future.

Damaged exhaust system

Ordered their own brand exhaust system which arrived damaged. The paintwork looked like it had been applied by aerosol and because the packaging was non-existent, all the paintwork was scratched and chipped. Got in touch by email and still awaiting a response after 3 days.

Awful service

Placed an order on the 12th Aug 24. Still waiting on delivery 🙈 Called after 10 days and told awaiting aerial mount, fair enough ( phone call/email would have been nice ). Another 14 days nothing, call again,told I needed to pay extra £30 as usual supplier not responding. Sales rep says a few days and whole order would be sent! Guess what? Nothing! Calls today and 1st guy didn't know how to use system then transfers me to some smart a**e who tells me " I'm in sales, I don't know why you've been sent to me! Insisted what was available to be sent leaves today which it has. Will be cancelling remaining parts tomorrow as had enough! Plenty other suppliers with far superior customer service 👍

Usually good but painfully bad when items not immediately available

I have purchased from MiniSport over a dozen times and spent many thousands of pounds with them. When the item is in stock they are very good. However if an item has to be back ordered or never comes into stock they are terrible. They will not post available items until the last item comes into stock so negating any benefit in paying for quick delivery. They do not keep you updated on progress and are slow to answer emails. After several weeks of chasing my latest order I instructed them to cancel, since cancelling despite a number of attempts to chase I am still awaiting a refund some 10 days later.

We have been buying parts from Mini…

We have been buying parts from Mini Sport over many years, but have found that frequently they will not fit our Mk1 mini. They do not reply to e-mails and we have had to purchase replacements from another supplier. Our garage is now full of components purchased from Mini Sport which are of no use to us.

Great service from Minisport

Great service from Minisport today. It’s so easy to take shops like this for granted, but I’m so grateful that shops like Minisport exist because without them, I’d not be able to drive around in a 40 odd year old Mini, especially with the amount of work mines needed to get back on the road 😊

My honest experience I've had from this company,is l had to chase them up to see why my products have not been delivered by the unreliable courier service,they use took them 6 day's to deliver to my mates business premises.lt wasn't closed all week.l can prove it . They clearly don't care about there customers. Did not even offer to wave the £10 postage for me .all the inconvenience and time and bother it's caused me. If they want to solve the problem,then just give a email, don't want to speak to them, wasted enough of my time as it is.minispears from

Very helpfull company to deal with

Very helpfull company to deal with . I called in last week and everything i needed was instock . The service was superb and fast, Tom was especially helpfull and offered to Check my car before i bought to make sure i got the right part . I will continue to place many regular orders. Great Customer Service !!

Took my mini into minisport for a new steering gaitor and track rod end yesterday and received excellent service from all , The mechanic MIke was particularly helpful and pointed out the areas that I need to keep an eye on
All in all a very good experience all round
keep up the good work guys.

I have my mk1 Morris mini cooper s with…

I have my mk1 Morris mini cooper s with mini sport at the moment, more than impressed with their customer service.
Especially Tom he has kept me updated at all stages of the problems they have found. They are dedicated not to let a vehicle leave there workshop until they are satisfied the vehicle is road worthy.
Also special thanks to Michael for letting me know the problems they found.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience, purchased two items which are made from an inferior steel (most likely from China). These parts if fitted would have seriously damaged my gearbox/engine. The parts in question were photographed and video recorded to form part of my defence. I contacted the sales manager with said evidence... he said return the items as per their terms & conditions, and I must pay the postage??? No, I don’t... under the sales of goods act 1979 they MUST pay this or arrange collection. They cannot hide behind any Terms & Conditions... the law overrules this. So to conclude... the product is faulty and I WILL seek reimbursement and any additional costs incurred.

Been using Minisport in Adelaide…

Been using Minisport in Adelaide Australia for a few years now and I must admit that there service customer care and phone manner are better than excellent. Never had an issue and they also recommend we’re you can save money. Great people great service. And special thanks to Andrew very helpful and all the guys doing a great job .

Excellent service

I recently had my Mini Mayfair exhaust/manifold repaired also heater sorted out and I would like to say from the young man who looked after us at the main desk to the mechanic and a nice guy on the phone called (mike) the service we received was absolutely fantastic and our car has never been so good so thank you to the mini sports team. Well done

Very bad customer service and too slow…

Bad customer service and too slow communication. I made an order on 8 April and for 30 days I couldn't receive any parcel. At first they said they couldn't do nothing because they have no control over their shipping company , then (about 26-27 days after) they said that the parcel was lost and said they will refund me.
So immediately I made another order with one of their competitors, buying the same spares as my car was sleeping in a workshop (paying a fee) since one month. Well, the parcel of this new order arrived in 4 days, but after this also the "lost" parcel arrived. Minisport wouldn't refund me. They officially said the parcel was lost! They just offered me a discount for a possible next order I could make with them. With Minisport that has no control over their shipping company? No, thanks. Minisport made me spend a lot of money and waste a lot of time. One month with the car stopped!

Bad customer service

worst service i’ve come across. R60 jcw body kit advertised as available on website. pay for goods. phone up to see where my order is - turns out it’s not even in stock. Annoyed that I have to phone up to see what’s going on, not even a courtesy email. end up waiting 2-3 weeks for goods. won’t use again.

Bad customer service

Bad customer service, just claiming that they haven't recevied any mails. Won't refund on their mistakes.
Forgets to add items to orders.
Kits are missing component .
