Bought deal on LivingSocial more than one month ago.
SD card was never delivered.
MoD advises me to contact LS for refund.. and never mentioned about refund of delivery fee which was paid directly to MoD. Story on-going. Avoid for now... If have all my money back will update feedback. If not then it looks like a criminal act which should be addressed by law enforcement agencies. /// PS. Requested refund on postage in separate mail. While promptly promised to refund fee for paid postage it is a week since the promise. LivingSocial in the meantime refunded money for a deal.

It took them 3 months to deliver my SD card.
I had to email them constantly and they told me they have already posted my SD card but 3 months later, turned out they have never sent it because they were out of stock. Liars and very bad customer services. AVOID.

I ordered a 4 way USB plug from this company through GoGroopie (another mistake!!!) in March and received an acknowledgement from MOD saying the goods would be dispatched within 10 days - luckily I paid for the item through Paypal who have refunded my money but the post & packing (£4.99) has not been refunded by MOD who seem to think if they ignore you then you will disappear. How many £4.99s have they stolen - it must amount to £1,000s - not to mention if people paid for the item through any way except Paypal they seemingly will not get any more response than I have had. WHO SAYS CRIME DOESN'T PAY?

I don't trust this company AT ALL. I placed my order 3 months ago with a living social deal for toothbrush heads and have received nothing. Not to mention I paid extra for shipping. I get the same automated response every time I contact customer service

not trustworthy and worse customer service.
their postal cost is higher than what mightydeals mentioned!
worse customer service, no answer for long time although they mention in 48 hours we will reply!
after reply to your email and promising solving the problem , nothing happened after 1.5 months!
