Paid extra for fast shipping but didn't arrive in time

Paid extra for fast shipping (10 business days) but it didn't come in time. I wasn't able to get the shipping cost returned, but I did get a choice of 10% off the product, which covered the cost. Their website was often on the fritz, but once I submitted the claim it was relatively smooth. Product was fine.

My husband bought me a ring as a Christmas present. It was to big so i wrote to them to see if i could get it resized. I followed their instructions and sent it with normal post only to never hear from them. I have written serveral times to them which they only say sorry haven't received it. Very bad service, i can read there are others that have the same experience as me so maybe they need to change how we send returned jewelry. It would give me as a buyer more security. Until things change i can not recommend them!!!

Ordered from them don’t make same mistake

Ordered from them. Never received confirmation or the necklace. Bad site. Is there a phone number. Anyone maybe that can help.
