Place to find hard to buy at stores.

I recently purchased 4 Red Kap button down shirts. These were to replace the 3 shirts I bought 4 years ago. They are a very good quality shirt. They only needed to be replaced due to wearing out.

I'd really like to give this company a better review because their customer service department was initially very sympathetic and timely. However, the website has a few bugs in the ordering system which led to quite a bit of frustration on my part. The website did not recognize coupon codes; kept expired coupon codes listed; miscalculated discounts; and didn't give the free shipping offered in a promotion. Customer service responded to my email very quickly and politely. I received an order confirmation and emails telling me I could track the progress of my order, yet the order didn't show in "My Account" on the site until I inquired about it 2 days later. When I did receive a tracking # on Tues. 7/28 the shipment (with a notice it would ship that evening) it sat (probably misplaced or forgotten) it sat for days, at which time I requested that someone look for it. No customer service response this time, but it mysteriously shipped 7/31. I would only recommend this company if you do not need it processed and shipped in a timely manner, as their prices are very competitive.

Timely delivery, nice pricing... highly recommend this site for excellent, sturdy work clothing with brand names like Carhart, Dickies, etc. Thanks!

Its very hard to find 30x28 jeans...so im was happy when yall had 30x29 jeans ...

I've ordered from Minnesotaworkwear twice and both times the order was correct and delivered in a timely manner. I have no complaints at all about the ordering and check out process, everything worked well. I have never returned anything to them so I cannot comment on that end of their business but would not hesitate to recommend ordering from them.

Quick and easy to shop

Once you get your password it is easy but it was a pain getting the password. I actually set up a new account before I could retrieve the pw.

Horrible on-line experience, every time.

I buy work clothing (pants and shirts) for my employees in the excavation business. I am able to get exactly what I want at very reasonable process. Delivery has always been incredibly fast. RedKap quality is outstanding.

My teenage son can now wear Dickies shorts and they have been a lifesaver. The folks at Minnesota Workwear are delightful: but the problem is it is hard to order without talking to one of them. I was sent a coupon code which would not work: a phone call fixed it, but my hours are not their hours. Further shipping time is really really slow; still do not have order nor do I have an order status. Otherwise nice people, good products.

I have been ordering school uniform pants for my boys for the past 3 years. The pants are of great quality and very reasonable price. I had an encounter with a representative who was very honest and professional. She noticed my duplicate order and immediately called me to clarify my intentions and adjusted the credit card charges appropriately. The discount code I had expired and I was given the new and current one by email within minutes after I contacted customer service. They are very customer friendly.

ordered two items in the same size, one fits the other one doesn't. in order to return or exchange it says on the invoice to email them with problems. I have emailed them but still have not heard anything. I guess they only want money not customer satisfaction.

I actually ended up canceling my order. After going through with a complete order I suddenly realized I had been charged $30. to purchase a pair of jeans that cost $24. I have never experienced that high a shipping charge from a company......ever! In the companies defense, they were VERY cooperative and helpful in canceling my order. Unfortunately, they probably won't hear from me again. That's sad for them and for me.

I got what I wanted, faster than I expected and for less than expected.

I am not a computer person, at all, how ever, my experience with the site was totally painless. Appreciate the larger sizes for my big guy!

I was thankful my order was split in 2 shipments. It was still free shipping. 2nd part of order took an extra 10 days. I called them and they were very nice to work with. Looking forward to buying more !

Second time to use this company and no disappointment with either order.

The overalls were as described. The price was good. Shipping was fast.

We saved a lot oredering our uniform shirt and shipping to Hawaii was a flat rate of $20, makes it so much easier to order and fast shipment!
