I received my order damaged

I received my order damaged, the mailer was cut open and I don’t feel comfortable keeping I would just like to return. I have emailed them FOUR days ago with no response. When I go to open a “return” through them it is taking most of my refund away for shipping both ways. If you receive something damaged this should not be the case, and there is no one at Minus33 to help. I have also contacted them prior to purchasing a few times and they have not been very at good customer service so I should have never bought anything from them in the first place.

Tested its warmth against Under Armour…

Tested its warmth against Under Armour base layer 4.0 and Under Armour clearly was way warmer
than the companies top of line expedition crew and 1/4 zip mens shirt. In my personal opinion the shirts are way overpriced, thinner than you would expect in the amount of merino wool the shirts are made of as to its thickness and weight. This review simply is not to disrespect or degrade Minus33 products in anyway, but to truly give an honest PERSONAL OPINION on the shirts being tested in 30 degree F and their the warmth between two different companies base layers especially for the price Minus 33 charges for theirs. ( WAY OVERPRICED ) for the warmth that the company claims its temperature rated for. Under Armours 4.0 base layer alone outperformed in warmth two Minus33 expedition base layers that were worn at the same time compared to just the one base layer from Under Armour.
Other reviews offer a different opinion and believe their all completely honest but felt to offer another opinion that was personally field tested when it comes to its warmth and the claim the company makes as to its temperature rating. Take the challenge yourself and see which brand out performs the other. I do believe the company offers a 30 day money back guarantee which is outstanding but made the mistake of not sending mine back especially paying over $300.00 for two pieces of underware that dont live up to its hype. So to be fair and truthful have to state it how it performed for my bodies core and its use for no activity level due what I needed them for ( simply staying warm )
BTW purchased my Under Armour base layer 4.0 in the off season and paid one third of the price compared what I paid Minus33 for theirs. Staying warm is the number one concern when you look to buy the best and the only reason one would go that route. Hope all the very best including the company and accepting my findings as just one individuals review.

I purchased the fingerless gloves and i couldn’t be happier with them. Each finger is fully finished off so no unraveling. Glove( large) was comfortably snug. A great warm pair of excellent gloves. So pleased with this company & its customer service group that…i will now be getting some socks
Now in process of getting couple pair of their socks many of which are usa made just because these gloves are so well made . i trust these folks.
Peace

10/10 Pick for Clothing

Great company, great products, great warranty. Every experience I’ve had with their products or their staff has been wonderful, they make very high-quality clothing that should indeed last a very long time.

I now only buy Minus 33 Socks and I will always look to them for base layers or even summer layers in the Deep South with high temps and high humidity. Their micro weight clothing is a BEAST there!

Bait and switch

Their web site did not apply the web page's price to the garment I ordered. Their "justification" for the bait-and-switch was a notice at the bottom of the page that the price might not apply and is subject to change.
