Blown away by fantastic customer service!
Fantastic customer service. I bought a Mio Slice wrist HRM, and on a bike ride it fell off (probably not done up correctly by me). I didn't realise until later, and when I went back, I found the device had been run over. I asked Mio if the company did any sort of repair or replacement policy and was immediately sent a replacement device FOC. I was blown away and will now recommend Mio to anyone who asks!
