I lodged i complaint with miosa in 2025…

I lodged i complaint with miosa in 2025 nov .There was still no resolution the facts where clear that the dealer hid the defects literal proof .The case manager makes it very difficult and per conversation actually didn't read my statements made his own conclusion he was bias and chose to choose the dealer's side.

Useless

Useless. They don't investigate. I had to wait for a month to get a feedback after logging a complaint against a disonnest mechanic. I gave all the details and evidences. They called him, he said he was a farmer, although his business signal is displayed on the road and we can easily find it on Googlemaps. They took it for granted and closed the case. I am not impressed by their professionalism nor by their idea of ​​consumer protection

I had an issue against NISSAN SA…

I had an issue against NISSAN SA regarding a cooling fan on my Nissan X-Trail that failed after 112 000km.
I complained to MIOSA and finaly got an answer from mr Robin Wright informing me basically I have no case.
I took the case to our Local small Business Court and really I must say the service of the Alexandia (Eastern Cape) is exceptional.
To make a long story short, he wrote to Nissan and in 3 days Nissan agreed to about 75% of my replacement costs.
I reacted back to MIOSA and specifically to mr Robin Wright telling him about Nissan's reaction and the useless service their organisation (MIOSA) is offering. I went further telling him that MIOSA is only their for their personel salaries. Offcours - no response!!

I have submitted the same complain…

I have submitted the same complain twice, no response from MIOSA - No check up actually no communication at all? Please advise who can assist, I know you have a lot of cases but since August 2018, I then sent another request in January 2019 - 9 months from the initial complain and 4 months from the 2nd complain I am still waiting? This is now my 3rd time with the same complaint.
