I ordered sheets on 6/21/25. I started using the sheets. I have two dogs and the only thing these sheets did were have the dog hair stick them. The sheets were sticky like tape. I kept trying but nothing changed. On 7/15/25 I sent an email asking to return the sheets. The return policy is 30 days. I contacted them on 7/16 and 7/17, I heard from them on 7/17 and they asked me to try them again or the manager would offer me a refund of 25%, $56. I did not want the offer. I told them that. I emailed them 7/21, 7/24 and 7/25 when I said I had no choice but to open a case with PayPal which I paid with. The case was denied by PayPal, I was not provided a reason why. I had sent them the return policy. I have not heard from Miracle Brand since 7/17/25.

Got one bath towel and two face cloths
This was part of a bonus, buy a set of sheets and get a towel set. Got one bath towel and two face cloths, missing the hand towel. Now it cost me $27 to fix the error. Didn’t catch the error right away till I washed the towels.
8/19/25. Wanted to follow up on my original post, the company has now send me a hand towel at no cost, I would do business with this company again.

Best nights rest in years. Usually wake up tired and with the bedding in a mess. This morning woke up rested and the bedding was still in place and untangled. If you are a restless sleeper like I am, you need a set of these sheets.

I bought two sets of sheets for guest bedrooms. Both top sheets pilled up after the first wash. I washed the sheets as instructed. I complained to the company about both sets pilling up and they sent ONE replacement set of sheets (fitted and top). DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Good quality bed sheets with towel set
I purchased a set of bed sheets from them along with a free set of towels that came with it.
The bed sheets are soft and comfortable , stay clean longer, and help keep me cool, as advertised.
The wash cloths and towel from the set are soft and absorbent.
Highly recommended!
