Not working at all miradry and they blocked me when I complained to them...stay away guys they aren't professionals at all

Please do not give this company any money.
I feel stupid for not checking the reviews before paying for my miradry treatment.
The night before my treatment at 9pm I had a message to say my treatment had been rescheduled for over 1 month later. I assumed this must be an error and I had already travelled to London from Wales so I turned up the next day.

The surgery reception is a weird experience. There is no one to be found so I just sat down and waited. Then a man appeared, the one on the WhatsApp who took me out into the hallway to tell me my treatment had been cancelled and rebooked for over a month away.

What followed for the next month was me begging for my refund and being assured it was on the way. It's not. I've raised a charge back through my bank and I sure hope I can get my money back.

An expensive mistake.
Do not trust this company. Do not trust Ravi.

I spoke with a couple of clinics before deciding to book with this provider. After my booking one of the other providers called me a female angry tone and tried to persuade me not to go here and asked me to see their trust pilot reviews. I decided to go my consultation and felt so reassured that the doctor was highly experienced with Miradry. I mentioned the other providers comments, and they said they were unfortunately aware of a competitor writing fake reviews about their clinic, so I decided to write about my own experience. I will not name the other provider that is closely located to this clinic , but I am so glad I went ahead here, the Doctor even called me a few days later to see how I was doing and Im now fully recovered after 4-5 days of minor swelling and no more sweat ! THANK YOU so much its been life changing and please don't be concerned about the other reviews that clearly written by a Competitor, they are a really nice clinic team and I would highly recommend them for your miradry treatment

Stay away. I booked appointment and I was told by him that I have to pay in full £1395 before my appointment but since I don't trust online payments to the person or company I don't even know that it's legit or not, because I was chatting with on WhatsApp. I decided to look them up on trustplot to my surprise there were only the negative reviews. I told them that I won't be coming for the appointment because the reviews shows how scam they are and he convinced me that those reviews were written by the ex-coworker who wanted to tarnish his name and all those reviews are not from his patients. He offered me to pay in person on day of the treatment and I was a fool to fall for it.
I went there on 6pm, 25 June for the treatment and I paid and procedure started. It was painful as if they anaesthetic didn't work but I was excited that I'm gona be relieved from sweating and odor under my arm but after I left I was given ice pack and told to take pain killer that it will be painful after anaesthetic wears off. But after I got home I didn't feel any pain and swelling came down the next day and I was sweating and odor as usual like I haven't done anything at all. Second day the same and I didn't take any pain killer it was like I haven't done any procedure at all. I contacted him after telling him how I feel he suggested that perhaps the machine didn't work properly and we will have to redo and I was unhappy but excited at the same time because I didn't want to waste £1395 for something with no effect at all. Later on he call me and said that doctor said that I can't redo the procedure until after 4 months😡. I wanted them to redo the procedure right away because I felt like nothing happened at all and I asked for my refund and he started saying that machine worked properly and the energy was delivered so I can't get my money back and he blocked me on whatsapp. I should've listened to reviews. I'm going to try dispute transaction with bank.

I thought I had done extensive research about where to have this treatment done. Unfortunately, I was mistaken in choosing this 'clinic'.
At my first communication with the practice director (who also responds to all whatsapp), he insisted on a deposit of £500, before explaining to me about the procedure or suggesting a consultation.
This should have been a sign but I ignored it and booked anyway. My booking was a month away, and when the day arrived, I had not received any reminder whatsoever.
A bit surprised, I arrived at the clinic on the day and there was no-one there! Another clinician contacted 'practice manager' who told her there was a problem with the machine and someone was to call me on Monday.
Monday comes, I had to beg for someone to communicate with me and only once I insisted on a refund was I told a completely different story about what had happened, all via Whatsapp - not a phone call!!!
Absolutely SHOCKING service, terrible communication and absolutely no trust or confidence in the clinic to perform the treatment at all.
RED FLAGS - Their website references 5 star reviews here on TrustPilot (its not a link, its an image) and their so called 5 star Google reviews, takes you to google maps!
When you get to the clinic at 130 Harley street, no reference to Miradry on the door.
And.. of course, the insistence of a massive deposit before you even know if you want the treatment or not.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!

When I made initial contact, this company was responsive and booked me in. However, when I arrived at 130 Harley Street for my treatment there was no reference to this miradry clinic at this address and the two dentists based in the building had never heard of them. I couldn’t get hold of anyone at the miradry clinic to help on the phone either. I then found a lady who worked for a skin company on the third floor who said she did know the company manger and said she would call them; all very suspicious… she eventually came down and said she spoke to them and their miradry machine is broken, and I should have been called. Very strange that she managed to reach the “manager” yet I couldn’t get hold of them at all. So I eventually left and later that day I got a WhatsApp from them apologising and wanting to rearrange and offered discount. I said no thanks and asked for a refund. I was convinced I had been scammed and would not see my deposit money again! The only reason I am giving 2 stars and not 1, is that I did get my refund. Just a shame I wasted my time with this company. Also, I rebooked with a different clinic who have been extremely thorougher with consultations, q and a’s, stats and reasons on why I could need 2 treatments etc… it made me realise I probably had a lucky escape. Be careful when booking with this company, I assumed because the website seemed so closely aligned with the miradry brand, and they were based in Harley Street that it was a good operation… lesson learnt!

Website clearly dodgy links not working, no response on telephone. Watch for ‘official’ as scam. Communication via WhatsApp. No confirmation.

Filled in the form from the website for an enquiry. Got a message on Whatsapp & an almost immediate call back on a very poor mobile line. Guy was more interested in taking a deposit than talking about the treatment. Felt very unprofessional so now blocked. :(
