Great equipment, great service, terrible delivery
I got a bunch of deep dish weights, 6ft Olympic bar and some other bits. All great quality - couldn't be better really.
DHL was a nightmare - late, no updates / wrong updates, incomplete deliveries, no answer to any message. Mirafit had to send out items twice just because the stuff that did eventually turn up was always missing bits.
Saying that - Mirafit customer service was excellent. They replied quickly every time, kept me in the loop and solved problems effectively, well as least as much as was in their control.
Giving them less than 5 star would be unfair to mirafit, but I hope they give some more delivery options, or sort DHL out.

Solid pull up and dip station
Solid pull up and dip station, maybe the best ive used. Doesn't make any sounds at all, and barely moves when i do pull ups.

Delivery (although done by DHL) was a joke. Told me twice they had tried to deliver on the weds and thurs of the first week (both times me and my partner were home) and test nothing, not a knock at the door or a note to say they’d been (they hadn’t) when reorganising the delivery to a new address as I was away the week after, they told me it would be the Monday. My parents in law waited in all day, yet again no delivery. Tuesday it finally arrives. When I get back home and put it together, one of the bars does not sit flush on the ground, and wobbles every time we use it. I will admit they are replacing this, but yet again let down by DHL as I was told I’d get a message for pick up and drop off of the new unit, and had it day off Wednesday (I work 5 days a week so how I can just drop everything to go home who knows). Please review your delivery
Edit I have since received a partial refund for the issues stated above, and the customer care from the team has been very good and quick to respond, the issue being more DHL than themselves

Great product
Great product, easy assembly and good quality. Delivery was over three separate days which was annoying. The last van had one dumbell!
