I wasn’t expecting a delivery this morning. However I was glad my mirror got delivered today. The person who delivered my mirror today morning, his name is Tony Tate. He is the most nicest delivery person I ever spoke to.
Honestly I’m so grateful to Tony for his helpful and supportive attitude and manner. I wasn’t at home this morning. And my builder was on his way to my house to do some work, he was only 10 minutes away. Tony was outside our house and there was no one in. He called me straight away. Afterward I liaised with my builder and then I spoke to Tony and requested if he could wait 10 minute for my builder to arrive, as he is on his way. Tony was very supportive and was willing to wait 10 minutes until the builder come to accept the delivery. I cannot explain how happy I was with Tony Tate. Normally delivery guys don’t wait around or call you. But he did. Thanks to Tony I didn’t have to go through any hassle of rearranging delivery and making all these calls. Tony Tate definitely saved my day 🤗😄 thank you Tony Tate. May God bless you 🙏🏼

I did everything wrong and they still delivered faultlessly.

I left off a detail on the order then had to call up and ask if they could turn the mirror around in less than 3 days and they did it!

Super helpful, friendly and went the extra mile. Also half the price of a local provider including delivery. I will use these guys every time from now on.

Had a mirror fitted in my bathroom today. Really friendly and professional service, the fitters were really friendly and helpful.

The mirror was delivered when I wasn't in so they called to reschedule and this wasn't a problem.

I was initially going to fit the mirror myself but they explained how I could do it myself and how it wouldn't be possible on my own, so I asked for a quote to fit and arranged this instead. I'm glad I did, as when I watched them it would've been very difficult and I probably would have broken the mirror.

Fantastic service! Ordered a mirror on Tuesday. Called them Wednesday morning and was confirmed a Monday delivery. I asked if there is any chance of delivering Thursday morning as I would be home and the lovely gentleman on the phone swapped it around to accommodate. Polite, professional and efficient - would definitely recommend this company!

Great business, ordered a mirror and it was ready the next day. Managed to chip it as I was carrying it into the house and they kindly arranged to make another one the same day to replace it. Cannot thank them enough for their great service and help.

Great service and excellent product. I required a custom cut mirror with polished edges and screw holes within 2 days for delivery in London. I called the office to see if this was possible and they couldn't have been more helpful. As an interior designer I often need things quickly I am so glad I've found a company that can deliver every time.

Fantastic service! I ordered three mirror panels and they arrived within 5 days as stated. The delivery driver was very friendly and helpful. Upon receiving my mirrors however I realized that I had measured them incorrectly. I got back in touch with Mirrors to fit and explained this to them and asked if they were able to help. They said that they would pick up my mirrors for me, correct the size for me, (including drilling holes in them which I had requested as an extra) and deliver them back to me! Absolutely fantastic service I can't praise enough!

Outstanding product and experience with this company - so refreshing to order, pay and then receive what I wanted - these folk understand how it should be done!

Mirrorfit have been our go-to company for the feature mirrored walls in our showhomes for many years. They always do a great job of turning our design concepts into reality, and their wide choice of bespoke styles and finishes really give our interiors the 'wow factor'. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

This company never ceases to amaze me! Their abuse, stalking and harrassment I hope just goes to confirm what they are like! I only came here to leave a perfectly honest review, as I have with all other reviews. Not only am I not a liar, but if I couldn’t prove something, I wouldn’t say it?!
Original review was just to state that the Google blurb lies: “offering 24 hour UK delivery.”
They don’t offer 24 hour U.K. delivery.

Rather than just apologise and rectify the problem, Mirrorfit instead lies multiple times, reporting the above post as “slanderous”, which is not only ironic - as in saying it is slanderous, they have been slanderous - but it is the exact opposite of - simply the truth, clearly something they can’t handle - and then by saying I had never been a customer of theirs. Disappointing customer service to say the least. Frankly glad they don’t offer what they say they do or I’d have purchased from a company that deems it fit to harass customers. Shocking. Really tired of companies that provide poor service just lying and saying “never been a customer of ours” when they don’t like an honest review. If I had never been a customer how would I know who they are to leave a review?! And why?! Such a disgrace. I am astounded at their continued harassment of me below. If I had not been a customer this review would not be allowed as per Trustpilot guidelines. I can prove they are liars. Also not sure why they are on Trustpilot if they can’t handle honest reviews! Their behaviour is disgusting and unacceptable.

They then chose to harass me via email, confirming I had indeed been a customer of theirs, and yet, laughably, they still comment below that I’ve never ordered from them! An absolute joke!

Well within my rights to report this within a review having spent ages on their site, been about to checkout only to discover they DON’T deliver UK wide as advertised. Most people tend to leave reviews more when they’ve had a bad experience, and generally only when I’ve had an outstanding experience will I review/share on social media to encourage others towards decent retailers!

In correspondence they don’t use couriers because they apparently kept “breaking” mirrors - something you’d claim back from the courier company, but having read other reviews it’s clear why they kept breaking - as they aren’t packaged securely!!!?!
Found a cheaper, better company anyway so thank goodness they’d been so awful! Man am I tired of having to advise decent customer service to companies - unpaid!

Hopefully their ridiculous, lying response below is enough to ensure no-one else uses this company, and they go bust.
