The company were quick to cash the money for the bulbs and then painfully slow on dispatching the goods. They also charge an absolute fortune in call expenses when you have to chase them up. Really poor service - do not use.

Extremely poor service.
Ordered an item on same day as advertised. In October.
Recieved message the day after saying item out of stock and would be back about 17th December.
Having heard no more, I sent a message to confirm delivery date, they replied item out of stock, due in 23rd December.
No way will I get this for Christmas.
Why advertise items that are out of stock??
Do not buy from this company, I will not use them again

I have just had to send this email about a recent purchase - will never recommend or use them again!
"I have just received my mixed herb package and am extrememly disappointed with this. I expected 6 different herbs but instead received only three types of herbs x 2. If this had been made clear i would not have purchesed these from you but would have gone to my local garden centre which would have sold hardier plants and. for just three varieies, there would not have been any difference in price. Also the packaging would have been much more environmentally friendly than the packaging used by you.

Also only part of my order has arrived even though the delivery couriers called the package Parker Dutch Bulbs package. Can you please clarify this please."

I ordered a garden day bed from this company and if it wasn't for 1 of their helpful reps in customer services I wouldve taken this further!

I ordered a daybed which was never delivered.
Do not buy from this company. They do not deliver what you request because they use a terrible delivery company. Mirror offers offered me 3 different delivery dates over a 3 week period. The first delivery date the courier came and after a lot of searching on his van said he had my name on the ticket but my goods were not on the van. The second delivery the item was mislayed and the third time it apparently was refused ( but had never been delivered) so that statement was a mystery. I would not recommend them and there was hassle receiving my FULL refund so take heed.

Ordered plants & was told that some of them would not be delivered for one to two months, but the full total of the order debited my credit card account the day of the order. When the two months was up I contacted Mirror Garden to say the plants had not arrived. I received a reply the following day to say they had been despatched that day & would be delivered by Royal Mail. Excellent esspecially as the day of despatch was a SUNDAY!!!!
Nine days later they still hadn't arrived I contacted again & was told they must be lost in transit & I would receive a refund as the plants were no longer available. They had my money for over 3 months & now it was too late for me to plant seeds to substitute the missing plants.
After contacting the Post Office & found that they did not have the plants, they suggested I ask Mirror Garden for proof of postage. Needless to say this has been ignored.
I beleive this offer was over subscribed but Mirror Garden had no intention of letting me know that I didn't have a chance of receiving these plants instead they are passing the buck to the Post Office. Why can't they admit their errors instead of bottling out. Never again I've learnt my mistake. Seeds & compost for me next year.

I ordered plants from this store and was not informed until my payment was taken that they would not arrive until March the following year. Try cancelling your order, they will not even reply or acknowledge your existence. Terrible company, terrible customer service but very good at taking money. If i don't hear soon i'll be taking my complaint to trading standards.

My Grandmother ordered a pair of step ladders in December, the cheque she posts is cashed straight away, One month after purchase she receives a letter stating the ladders are not available until the 2nd week on March.
2nd week of march comes and goes...no ladders.
The phone number on the letter and the offer strip is no longer in use so, not having access to a computer connection, she is unable to contact them and is obviously very upset and worried.
After I google a new number and ring around 10 times, I get a delivery date for the following week....low and behold they do not show.
After another 2 weeks the ladders arrive.
5 months late and guess what...they have pieces missing.
'Customer service' were rude and unhelpful and my letter of complaint has gone unanswered.
Diabolical all around. Will never ever use again.
