I tried Misfits for the first time last week. The ordering process is quick and easy. My order arrived near to the projected delivery time. The products I received are of good quality. I did have a missing item and reported it. I was given a partial credit. When I asked why, the customer service rep responded within a day or two and gave me the full credit. I feel good about helping to reduce food waste while enjoying good food.

I didn’t even know I was ordering a box. Just putting things in cart so I could go back and look things over. Not until I saw debit in my account. Items were not packed very well. Jar on top of berries. Mashed. Nothing looked like “misfit.” It all looked like it came from grocery store. Some items were more expensive than grocery stores.

I have really enjoyed the quality of the fruits and vegetables that I have received. I especially enjoy the quality of the cherry tomatoes. They are the sweetest I have ever had.

Misfits market is an amazing company. They are locating food sources, otherwise looked over, and bringing them to us.

My 1st couple deliveries went well. No food was damaged even eggs. Everything arrived packed well and cold if it needed to be. I like that I don't have to pay a monthly membership fee and i can just order when I want and not order whenever i chose.

Great food, convenient delivery, prompt customer service. The shopping experience on their app is clear cut and easy. Any issues and they address them right away with an actually human writing you back. The food is affordable, healthy, organic, and always fresh. Highly recommend!

I was a new customer and this was my first order with Misfits Market. One of the red bell peppers was getting mold on top and the skinless boneless chicken breast was only 14oz and not the 16oz I was expecting.
I made the decision to cancel my subscription to Misfit Markets. However, I was glad of their prompt response to my complaint and the refund received.

My second delivery and we are enjoying the unique food items we’ve never tried.
We have to space out or orders because we travel a lot but make sure to definitely schedule for them when we are certain we’ll be home.
Everything has been packed and damaged.
Also, shoutout to the delivery driver. The deliveries have been placed exactly where requested. That I appreciate more then you know.

What made my experience great with Misfits Market was the prompt customer care and support I received when I faced a delivery issue, as well as concerns about cross-contamination due to how the food items were packaged. We have been ordering Misfits for a few months now and have had only one piece of produce that didn't meet expectations. The quality is excellent, freshness is better than our local chain grocery stores and the price is equal to or lower than those same stores. And, we don't have to leave the house to enjoy fresh produce. If you're on the fence, and you can justify the expense (heh, that rhymes) I definitely recommend Misfits.

I joined misfits market, but unfortunately could not use their service due to them using FEDEX for a delivery service in my area and I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with FEDEX so I asked them to cancel my account and they did so immediately without any hassle..their CUSTOMER SERVICE is wonderful and very helpful. I would definitely use this company again if i didn’t have to use FedEx for delivery services 🥰

Misfits delivers wonderful food and other stuff to my home often. Yesterday, I received an order. The produce was amazing. It’s fresh, and also things I cannot get around my area. I always look forward to my deliveries. And I have the nicest delivery person!

Misfit’s produce, meats, and snacks are excellent quality. They are fresh and delicious. I love getting the box delivered. It is well packaged with ice to keep things cold. If you have a problem the company is quick to remedy any issue. I really like the company and urge you to try it.

I have been an off and on customer of Misfits Market for a few years now. The quality of the products they provide are truly second to none which I feel can be tricky when you are "rescuing" food. The ordering process is super simple, just don't forget about your ordering deadline to change anything you want to in your cart, otherwise you might end up with products you necessarily wouldn't have chosen. Delivery is always smooth, if I have cold pack items, they always arrive still chilled and everything is packed very efficiently. I don't find the pricing to be that different from Supermarkets, which I appreciate. Misfits always has new products that peak my interest. For instance, my family and I just tried Fiddlehead Ferns for the 1st time (delicious) and they have a Ground Beef, roasted vegetable pack that I just used and no one caught on I snuck additional veggies into their tacos last night. I also just received a 1lb pack of grass fed beef, ancestral brand which includes ground beef, beef liver and beef heart (nutrient dense and really good for you!). I cannot recommend Misfits Market enough if you are looking for a great product, a ton of options and reasonable pricing!

Such exciting and interesting items , I love Misfits Market ! If you love food and the treasure hunt that online shopping and perusing can offer , you will love Misfits ! Some stores you can find odds and ends type of items that somehow do not make it through mainstream production plans or initial intended purpose and this can be so nice , you never know what you might stumble upon and theres à tone of this kind shopping at Misfits ! Odd veggies or produce rather some specially grown strawberries meant to not let you down w the amount of sweetness ! I have found cool (rare) produce at farmers market many years ago when I went n you can find them at Misfits , such as the different varieties of greens and I am hoping to grab some golden berries sometime , they look like tomatoes and am wondering if they might be a sub for them in a caprese sandwich , one my fav sandwiches or sammie’s ! Also intending pick up more toiletries such as bamboo toilet paper and paper towel and I saw some mushroom gummies for mood n etc and have been interested in trying mushrooms ! Love the odds and ends brand and look forward to getting to shop at Misfits , it’s such fun n once more akin to a treasure hunt w online shopping , but I have always enjoyed looking at/perusing food products , so very interesting and so much innovation , very exciting area and exciting market , Misfits Market , great for food lovers and those seeking for gems jewels hidden treasures ! Cool snacks , love sourdough bread from there , lots of neat things ! Smooth delivery experience , à superb option for your food shopping (and treasure hunting ) !

Misfits Market provides a great service. The food is always fresh and tasty. The delivery service works well almost always. When it arrives in a sturdy box, the cold food is always cold and the fresh food is packed well. The rare time an item has been damaged, they have always made it right.

I love utilizing Misfit home delivery. Everything I have gotten through them has been a high standard. It is easy to order as well place on hold if you are not in need for the week. Timing is great. Knowing what is coming in the order makes it easy to plan the meals for the week.
