I love Misfit Markets. I live in a rural area without a lot of variety of foods so I love being able to find organic produce and a wider variety of foods.

I love all the options I have and the orders don't have to be huge. Their customer service is very fast and personal if you ever have questions. I have had no issues with them.

I really like misfits market because the variety is really good and I feel I can trust that I am getting safe, healthy food. I like that every time I order it is giving a little back. I never had a purple carrot or a yellow watermelon before ordering from Misfits, so it has broaden my experience from just my chain grocery store. My items arrive quickly and in good shape.

The response when contacting customer care was very fast. They listened.

I have been with Misfits Market for several years now & do about half of my grocery shopping with them! I love the way they make new foods from good foods that for various reasons can’t or won’t be sold in a store. That’s how you save our earth & environment!!!

Honestly stay away. I just received another package from them that my wife ordered. Probably the tenth time the ice packs were completely melted and the perishable food was thrown away. Literally everything in it was either melted, wilted beyond saving and unsafe to eat because meat and dairy products. The products were all over 74F. I have photos to verify.

I appreciate the variety of product choices and the ease of ordering. Deliveries are reliable and accurate. The support is A+, quick response and speedy resolution. I like the ability to pause orders as necessary. The service is perfect for my needs.

Twice i received box delivery with missing vegetables.

Good selection of healthy products. A great way to try some new things that we don't see locally. Excellent, responsive customer service!

My husband and I love this service. From the vegetables that taste like the ones I grew in my garden as a kid, to the meats and milk products, to Troy, who delivers our food- fabulous. And to make it even better, I swear almost everything is less expensive than the grocery store.
Helpful hint- anything labeled “mystery” is not just a fun surprise. It’s delicious!

Orders rarely received on promised delivery date so food left for hours in blazing sun. More often than not orders delivered to the wrong house. Boxes packed with bread and soft items on the bottom. Worst food delivery service I've ever encountered.

The attentiveness and responsiveness of MM customer service was top notch. Their quick and accommodating response gave me a great level of confidence for continuing with MM

In addition to providing a great service to the food industry, their customer service is excellent! I have been using them for years, and they are always responsive and quick to solve any issue I have. Not to mention all the unique food options available to me at my door!

Overall Misfits has made it more convenient for me and my busy lifestyle to be able to cut one last trip out of my day and still be able to prepare healthy meals and recipes for my family. There's always something for everyone and every box. I love that if I forget to skip or pick a different time for an order that the staff and of course Sage their lovely bought always helps me reconfigure a day that works for us and I'm still able to order stuff at a later time that works for us. I really can't say more about this company besides if they donated food to schools or homeless shelters to be able to be used to cook it would make them even more badass but for now I'm very blessed and Beyond thankful for the misfit team. ❤️🥰❤️🖤

First of all, you can’t see what they have on their website without signing up so I gave them my information to sign up for the website just so I could see if they had a particular fruit I was looking for and couldn’t find anywhere else, but of course they didn’t have it. Then they charged me $60 for a shipment I did not order. It’s all just overpriced organic junk I could’ve got for half the price if not less at my local Walmart. Horribly disgusting business practices. Frankly, I feel like I just got scammed.

Great concept, good products. $2-3 overpriced per item and bulky packaging you have to dispose of weekly. Stayed several months for the unique grocery items, left due to poor value and bulky disposals
