Shameful
Written numerous time regarding regarding an order I placed with this fraudulent company. At first they were answering all my inquires regarding my purchase, however over time they got deaf and blind.
I want my money back like yesterday. This company is definitely a scam, so shameful. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Should be an option for minus stars... Ordered a dress in October last year (2022), gave me a tracking number & told me it had been delivered. I called RM with the tracking number & it was "sent" to a completely different City. They then "sent" it again, & this time, RM showed a pic of the parcel being put through a letterbox, again - in a completely different area of the Country. Plus, how on earth this particular dress could have been letterbox size is beyond me.

I told them I wanted a refund, & was told that they would have to make deductions, as they had sent it twice & lost stock and paid two lots of postage!!!

I had not realised that they were not a UK company, it definitely presented as one. How these sites can keep getting away with this without being shut down is crazy.
I have learned a hard lesson, & will not buy from an unknown company without doing my research in future. Time to set up a FB group!

fortunately, before I placed an order, I did some serious homework. Trying to Google urbansistar led me in circles, all of which brought me to a supposed review site, which gave them rave reviews. It didn't seem logical that only one site would have reviewed them, and that the clothing site would direct me straight to that "review". Eventually, it became clear that Missuoo is a parent company or an alias. Googling that brought me to Trustpilot, which reveals that this is one of many scams, like the dozen or so other clothing sites which advertise roughly the same line of clothing articles, and which provide nothing like the clothes they advertise. A couple of years ago, I ordered a "little black dress" and some other items from Noracora. That black dress is barely worth wearing as a nightgown. Most of the items never came and those that did were junk. It appears that Nora Cora has perhaps a dozen or more aliases. It would be a great service to all of us if it were easier to provide reviews and ratings of such companies.

I agree with all the negative reviews the company morphs into other entities after a while and the same clothes are on their web site. I am surprised at how often I am on a legitimate site that delivers as promised and I suddenly find the same clothes that were on Missuoo. Or the many other companies this bunch of scammers seem to do. I have received clothes after 3-4 months at times before I realised what this was all about - I will check with Trustpilot and the IT Expert who helps me for me this is the most frightening aspect - one minute you are shopping from a legitimate site and then somehow, because the latest collections from Paris (wherever) are copied or photographed and put up as their own design I think wow how great - looks so like xyz latest prêt à porter. Thé worm is either coming from my devices or it is on clothing sites of repute. I cannot believe I’ve been done but it was open without my choosing thru a wonderful site handing me over to the retailer of my chosen product. STAY AWAY

ZERO ACTUALLY
They are a fake company. I never received my dress, and they just gave me the runaround for several weeks. They send fake tracking numbers that you can’t even find the carrier. And the delivery shows it was delivered at a different city. No refund no dress.

Was about to order from Missoula, then read the reviews. A total scam.
Light In The Box, another similar site is also awful. They photograph items made by artisans, and advertise them as their products. When they arrive, they’re the cheapest, tackiest bits of plastic imaginable. It’s also impossible to get a refund. Long live review sites.

There is no number to call, only email. You get automated responses stating to wait a couple of days while they reach out to courier, that drags on for a couple of weeks and then they stated they would resend package with new tracking numbers. A month has passed and still no package. No tracking number. I don’t believe they even send out anything, ever. They just take your money and have some robot answers emails. Definitely a waste of time and money. Don’t buy anything from them, you won’t receive it.

I spent €102 on clothes in July 2022 from this fake company, but never received anything. They did not answer to emails requesting a refund. The worst is that we kept on getting tracking information of the never sent items!
I wish we had checked on Trustpilot before ordering.

TOTAL SCAM. They send something to a place somewhere else and give you the tracking number as if it's yours. Then they keep saying they're waiting for "the courier" to confirm what happened. Then they say they can refund but need to take away the shipping cost ($15, seriously?) even though nothing was ever shipped to you (see the trick?). May the money you receive be spent on the medicine to treat what karma pays you back with you scammers

I placed an order for a dress back in August of 2022. I received shipping information. Later on they said it was at the post office in Mesa. I live in Tucson gave them the correct address. Long story short they sent me another one this time it was at a New York post office. I asked for a refund and they want to charge me for shipping cost because it was sent out twice when they are the ones who made that mistake twice. They don’t even deserve 1 star but I had to push one in order for me to write this review. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A FRAUD.

I want to leave this review and it is not hate or a lie I paid 150 euros for some dresses and shoes from June 2022 and according to the follow-up they delivered the order to my house, nothing ever arrived and the address was fine I have claimed and they have been telling me for months that they send me an order, they do not send me anything and I ask for my money back and they do not do it either THIS PAGE IS A SCAM DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE

Actually would like to make it a 0. Totally scammed, they said my item was delivered at a certain time but when I checked my cameras there was no such delivery. After making contact they kept on making excuses saying they couldn't reach the courier company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

If I could give no stars that wouldn't be sufficient. I never received my order and never received a refund. Total scam.

I was scammed, I can’t believe this. Ordered almost 200 worth of clothes for my birthday photoshoot.since September. They claimed it was delivered to another state but not my address.
Please always look for reviews or direct contact before you buy anything online.

Never buy anything from this company!! I tried to order a dress from this company for my homecoming and never received my dress because it was sent to the wrong address. When I contact the company to possibly ask for a refund since it had been several weeks after my homecoming, they just responded saying to wait it out and contact them the following weeks. Never got my money back or received my dress.

This is a real scam. I placed an order for more than two months and it was not deliver, I contacted the customer service and I was told it as be delivered. Scam! Scam!! Scam!!!
