Ik bestelde BOLK 5W30 LL motorolie met een specieke spec. ( VW norm).
Dan krijg ik een altenatieve motorolie geleverd , met een andere , lagere specificatie ( andere VW norm).
Ik bestel NIET meer bij Mister Auto : but I ll place a google review with , what has been delivered. Or has Mister Auto got good reasons , why to deliver a different type ( lower Spec) of Motor Oil ? I would like to hear , why ?

Helaas hebben wij na het plaatsen van uw bestelling niks van u gehoord ( geen telefoon of email ) om het probleem op te lossen.
We vinden het dan ook zeer jammer dat u wel de gang naar Trust Pilot weet te vinden. U heeft Mister Auto niet de kans gegeven om het probleem samen met u te bespreken en het probleem op te lossen.

I was ordering from Mister Auto for a longer period of time now. In last 2 years I had almost no orders and now I see the difference. Before it was always taking max 3 days to complete my order, this time it was full week, despite the fact i paid extra (new feature) for faster order processing. Quality of product/packaging stays the same, but the time of order completion is terrible, can't imagine waiting full week for spare part while my auto is out of service.
Reply - according to my email it was placed on 22nd of January (Wednesday) and received it on 29th of January (Wednesday) - that's full week.
