SHIPPING : First order sent on time.
Second order was sent too late that it should have.. Still not arrived.
PIECES : Regarding the pieces, you can find highly recommended trademarks for cheaper. What I received corresponded to what I ordered.
CUSTOMER SERVICE : No idea, I didn't use.
WEBSITE : Quite well organised but have some troubles. Sometimes it looks like your are logged off even though you logged in. Sometimes, while you are trying to found pieces for your car registered, the system forgets your car and you have to tap again all of the information of your car. (Am using Mirosoft Edge navigator)

After two weeks
After two weeks, I'm still waiting for my package that was to arrive in 5 days! The deliveryman can not find the two addresses I give them and my other package and return to Mister Auto. I have never seen a story like this!

Great service, fast and effective delivery. Not the best for car tuning.
Service, products and delivery are very effective. The "search by car model" function prevents mistakes and it's fantastic for most users.
However, it becomes a strong limit in case you look for tuning or alternative solutions, since there are not enough details provided about products to understand degree of compatibility of a product to a non-designed-for car model, forcing you to purchase and see if it works...
The latter is the only reason for not giving 5 stars to Mister-Auto.
