We have checked the details of your return and can confirm that, although the parcel was collected on June 24th, it was only received at our warehouse on July 2nd. Watch out. This website is simply not worth the risk!
I ordered on the first day of the official sales, yet my shoes were reduced by €20 the very next day. That was the 1st red flag.
The delivery was a disaster: my parcel was sent to a pickup point 20 minutes away from my address. I then requested a return for a running bra, but the courier never showed up.
Since then, I have sent 4 separate emails and received 0 response.
What also caught my attention is that many of the positive reviews appear to come from accounts with no previous reviews or only one review, while the 1-star reviews describe exactly the same problems I experienced.
It certainly raises questions about the authenticity of the reviews.
There are many reliable other website online, professional and honest so avoid this one .

The only message we received was the one sent on Friday, 10 July, to which we replied by offering to arrange a new collection. As your return label had already been provided, you also had the option of returning the parcel independently at a designated drop-off location.
Regarding the price difference, prices may change at any time while products are available on our website.
Concerning the delivery, we understand your frustration. In some cases, carriers may redirect parcels to a pickup point if they are unable to complete home delivery. Normally, the selected pickup point is located close to the original delivery address. Had we been made aware of this issue at the time, we would have gladly investigated it with the courier and worked to find a suitable solution.
Finally, we take the authenticity of customer reviews very seriously. We do not create, alter, or influence customer reviews in any way. All reviews published about our service are submitted independently by verified customers through our review platform.
