The whole package arrived well packed and refrigerated with ice blocks and all items were in superb condition. The food order included a number of double portions of various vegetarian recipes from Mitch's Kitchen which are so tasty and pleasant to eat and which make a real change from cooking yourself. As both a diabetic and requiring gluten free products these are absolutely first class. The items in the vegetable box ordered were all fresh and very useful in ensuring less visits to the shops in this time of crisis.

All the meals are great, but the brownies are king. May not eat a “normal” brownie again.

Lovely fresh veggies and delicious meals - a lifesaver at the moment!

We ordered several items and got an acknowledgement email. We then realised we had made a mistake with one of the items. We replied to the acknowledgement email, the mistake was corrected and a small refund arranged. The items were sent the next day and arrived the day after, i.e. less than 48 hours after the order was placed. The meals arrived well packaged and surrounded by cool bags, still fully frozen. We've only tried one so far and it was delicious.
Overall a really excellent experience.

Brilliant company, the veg box was fresh and tasty with a great selection. First box I have received but will be ordering again.
Customer service is excellent and probably the best I've experienced in a local business.

They really do go above and beyond in terms of customer service. Such a friendly, personal feel to everything they do. I really cannot rate this company highly enough!

Delicious food and great value, convenience but healthy as. The double meals are excellent value and even though I tried, I could not eat it all by myself in one sitting.

From the slick ordering process, to the super fast delivery and yes eating, Mitch's Kitchen is well timed for when you need great meals, but don't have all those pesky ingredients! Now where did I put that sumac……….
