Although I tried again and again, they are not charging.
The box (where the earbuds are) shows a blue blinking light when charging, however the earbuds are still at their lowest level and won't work.

I did not expect high quality with mitone devices. Yet, their warrenty service is non existent. No response, hence they should be banned from the market.

Truly awful.
My mum got the earphones for me at an Airport in Amsterdam. One side works. Which is useless. There's no info on the company. It doesn't work as promised either. I think about 70% of the time you get a product that doesn't work. And if you're lucky, you get a mostly functioning device. What a waste of money.
I think it's based as a scam. They sell from airports cheaply, so you'd have to go back to the airport to return them but you would just say they're cheap enough to chuck away. Just annoying.

MITTW2 white Same problems as the other users. After 2 hour loading, only the right one works, the left one stops after 10 minutes with power off. Don´t buy. No support on the website. No contact possible. Only money back in the shop. Aug 22 Airport Munich

I recently bought a Mitone Activity Tracker from Malaga Airport as a present for my son. It didn't even last 24 hours before the strap completely broke. I've sent three emails and heard nothing back ☹️

I bought a solar powered battery pack from Amsterdam Schipol Airport and it never worked. DO NOT BUY! what a waste of money!!!

Not working! 15 minutes battery time, 60 procent battery charge after days of USB-charging, difficult to connect and only one side works. DONT BUY!!

I bought Activity Tracker in December 2021 in Amsterdam airport. Once I have tried using the product, the date and time were not syncing with the app and there was no way to manually set those. After contacting support, I was told that this product has a known defect and I should send it back to be reimbursed. My question to the company is how can they keep selling an item that has a known defect? It all would be fine if the purchase wasn't a present for a relative. I have since purchased a different device, but it wasn't great to gift a broken product.

After 2 minutes empty (first charged them 3 hours) and nearly impossible to connect both buds. Really bad product, DON'T BUY! If you get them for free dispose off immediately.

I bought my earbuds at the airport in London. At first, I got quite annoyed at the battery life ...prob abt 1 hour of music time. Next problem that I never resolved was the fact that the left earbud is just dead af.

Bought mine at Johannesburg airport, they don't pair, only 1 side works and volume is very low, really annoying, a total trash

This sucks i bought mine in sweden and it can only play music in one ear at the time it says 2 are connected but it only plays in one ear i wouldnt recommend it unless u really want to waste money

Great Mitone Noise Cancelling headset! Battery on the MITNC101 is good, noise cancelling is just a little under the expensive Bose headsett, and overall impression very good. They work just fine 5 years after i got them. Batterylife is still very long:-) The only drawback is that there is absolutely NO information about the headsett on the internet. No manual, and i can't fint out if there is a bluetooth thing on this headsett, and i never tried the microphone.. So please give us a manual, Mitone:-)

I got a speaker at Johannesburg airport and the audio quality is very good, battery isn't bad and overall a good speaker
