It was a quick shipment even during current Covid-19 situation.
However, the shoes could be in better condition commensurate with the price.

I bought a pair of sneakers with full price on Miu Miu's official website a couple of days ago. They look worn from the uncleaned sole, upper and shoelaces. Luckily, an eraser could help gently remove most dirty spots. I finally decided to keep the shoes as I really like the design.

I can't tell that the shoes were actually worn before without proven evidence, but at least they HAVE BEEN tried on before. As a customer spending plenty of money on those luxury pieces, I would expect them to be better checked and treated before sending out.

Without a doubt the very worst company I have ever dealt with online. Avoid at all costs.

When I first bought a Miu Miu handbag, I was (obviously) very well treated. But one year and a few months later, the handbag's leather started to peel off.
I went to the Harrods' Miu Miu in London, and I expressed my unhappiness for the manager, called Lampros Tsitras (as he wrote down on a card). In the position of the manager, he was supposed to try to solve this situation. But he was extremely arrogant instead, saying that my bag was already old (with ONE freaking year of usage) and that I shouldn't have bought it in cream leather, because that would obviously happen to it.
The whole time he had an ironic smile on his face.
I feel extremely stressed out. I believe the only reason he was this arrogant to me is because I am brazilian. And, as far as I know, that is considered prejudice against latin americans.
I am a fashion lover and consumer. And when I pay for an expensive product, I expect it to last longer than a year.

I ordered a really gorgeous purse a day before I left for my holidays, when I returned 2 weeks later nothing was through the post box so I emailed MiuMiu and straight away they sent me details of the neighbour who signed my package. Great service and of course, gorgeous products although it burns a HUGE hole in your pocket but definitely worth it.
