Mixcloud makes it easy to re-connect and discover new DJs, music shows and other entertaining broadcasts that you miss because of Covid. Last year, with live streaming it opened up a whole new world of music listening where interacting to a community and musicians takes you back to live performances.

Heavy user of Mixcloud, and noticed that they're pretty responsive on Trustpilot so thought I'd post my comments here!

Generally very pleased with the service; I'm a premium user and a Select subscriber, so I clearly like what they're doing enough to be paying both Mixcloud and my favourite creators. It's easy to find *a lot* of creators that suit your tastes, and provide an alternative to your own music collection when you're not inclined to choose for yourself.

There are, however, a few little irritants that could be ironed out or features that would enhance the service:

- Neither the website or the app are any good at remembering where you were in a mix, if you have to stop and close the app or browser. This can be very frustrating

- Similarly, there's no real handoff between different platforms. Particularly for paying subscribers, I'd have hoped for more seamless use between my devices

- Lastly, it would be good to see more community features and an effective recommendation engine. I'd like to be able to message creators directly rather than through a comments section, and I'd really like recommendations in the style of Bandcamp - where you are directed to follow other users with similar tastes, rather than just shows.

Again, think Mixcloud is a great service and there are some amazing curators and mix-makers on there; however, my current total of site and creator subscriptions currently costs me more than either Apple Music or Spotify, so I feel OK about asking for functionality improvements :)

I love the look and user friendly layout of the mixcloud website (much prefer it to SoundCloud) as well as the app, however there seem to be a lot of bugs with the app. I hope these will get fixed soon as I love using mixcloud for discovering new music.

The app is not working 70% of the time, there are always some problems, you need to restart it 10 times before it actually starts to play the mix, and if you accidentally unplugg your headphones, the mix is gone, so better close the app. It was working much better before the updates.

Hello this is dj_WilliaM1. For a while now I had a few uploads on my profile, which were no good to me.
Not published or to much mistakes in them.
Every time, when I returned they were bothering me more and more. So one Saturday evening I wrote an email and send it to Mixcloud. I didn’t expect an answer at all. Email is sort of old fashion.
But the next Monday evening I got an email back. I was really surprised. Fast.
They thanked me for contacting them and gave me a guide through my profile and pinpointed it out to me how to delete those uploads. Really nice.
Now my profile is up to date again.
And if have more problems in the future with uploads or other stuff concerning Mixcloud, I must not hesitate to call for help.
They were really helpful. Thx again.
