I love mix easy and their ingredients. I've order 2x now. I've noticed a difference in my skin and have even had complements on my skin. I am 31 with acne so it feels amazing to finally have something my face loves. A little goes a long way so a dab will do ya. It's more expensive but my face deserves it!! Ty mix easy

Sadly one of my children used one of our credit cards to purchase items from Mix Easy. Mix East did not carry out even basic checks such as confirming the name was that of the cardholder (which it was not). Because we are outside the standard returns window they are saying they are not allowing a return/refund. This despite their own failings and the legal fact that a child is not able to enter into a legal contract.

I fully accept my child's wrong-doing in this (and my own failings in not picking it up sooner) - but the simple fact is that Mix Easy should never have accepted the payment; and given that they did, they should shoulder their level of responsibility.

And on top of that the customer services experience has been really bad. Rude terse emails; and when I asked how to make a complaint or to escalate the issue to the Head of Customer Services or a Director of the company responsible I was told that there is no complaints procedure, there is no Head of Customer Services and there is no Director responsible. Extraordinary!

Mix Easy was not the only retailer involved - but they seem to be one of the only ones not willing to take their responsibility on the chin. And their customer services are appalling. Shame on them
