Good rat products…
Good service am using the rat products that I bought. The barrage foam seems to be working blocking the holes the rats use. The peppermint granules not so surer.

Be very wary about buying from this website
Be very wary about buying from this website. Daniel was very helpful prior to purchasing, However, when I received my order Daniel was completely unprofessional and unhelpful even though the photos I provided showed clear evidence of poor quality he responded with “I don’t see what the problem is”, He even ignored my three emails requesting the returns postage label. I ordered two sets of acacia wood coasters as a Christmas gift but what I received looked as though someone had made them in their garden shed; not sanded evenly around the edges, some were dented and all were not sealed on the sides, they almost looked used. This then left me days away from Christmas without a gift and needing to find something elsewhere.
If the Daniel I was communicating with via email is the same Daniel listed as the director at Companies house for this business I would like to urge him to consider his obligations under the Trades Descriptions Act 1968. It is illegal to mislead consumers. Additionally I did not receive a prepaid returns label for the faulty goods, as offered on the website (I had to pay for it myself) and I did not receive the refund within 24 hours. I chased for the refund as I could see it had been delivered and eventually received a refund for the coasters 4 days later with no apology or acknowledgement whatsoever. Unacceptable and disappointing all round.

1. You were sent photos of the actual individual coasters to make sure you were happy with them before they were sent, which you were.
2. That was after I opened 6 different packs especially to find the darkest ones for you.
3. After receiving them you complained that they looked different to the photos on the website, completely ignoring the fact that you'd already had the photos of the actual individual coasters before they were posted.
4. Of course they looked different to the ones on the website, because they're made of wood and wood varies in it's appearance, and I'd hand picked 12 individual coasters especially for you based on your preferences.
5. I told you that you were welcome to return them, but you were responsible for return postage because they weren't faulty or damaged and they were the exact items that were in the photos I'd sent you. The fact you were trying to say they weren't was utterly shameful behaviour and continuing the conversation beyond that became pointless.
