I was surprised when I opened the package by how small the butter knife is, having said that the knife has a beautiful stainless steel finish, and it does the job great.
So be aware that this knife is not full-size in comparison to an ordinary table knife, but does the job.

No option for zero stars
I ordered 2 bedroom items for my teens that have never arrived. I waited over a week, but paid for next day delivery. I did receive a response from customer services stating the items would be sent straight out with next day delivery. The delay was apparently due to a system error. However, another week has passed with no delivery of items and now no responses to my request for a full refund.
Avoid at all costs. Terrible customer service and dishonest company.

Ordered a 16 inch ashpan but received a smaller 11 inch ashpan that was badged as 16 inch. Despite a number of attempts to contact the company to arrange a correct replacement no response received.
