The support portal was easy to locate, unlike some customer support lines I received acknowledgement for the issue logged. Furthermore they reached out to me on my email. Not only that George went the extra mile to verify if the issue still persisted and was patient enough to do it on more than one occasion (as I was not able to timeously respond at that moment). Wonderful Customer Service
I had a dead MIXX smartwatch after an unsuccessful charge up, so called for advice. George at MIXX was very helpful and arranged a Royal Mail return for a repair or replacement. A replacement has been posted to me today, less than a week later than my call. George kept me updated by email and I spoke to a lady at cust services with a question who was also extremely helpful. This level of aftersales service is amazing. I have bought 2 watches from this Company & will be buying any future smartwatches from them too. I am happy to recommend MIXX to anyone

I had an issue with my mixx earbuds as one stopped working, I contacted customer service. I dealt with george, and he was amazing from the start. He helped me troubleshoot to see if i could get it to work again and when this wasn't helping. He organised for a replacement set to be sent to me in the ROI. He was fantastic and so happy to have a new set of earbuds as they are great.
Great earbuds, excellent customer service
My Mixx Streambuds are great comfortable earbuds that sound as good as my old AirPods but last longer and glitch less at a fraction of the cost. After a year I developed problems pairing them, but the excellent friendly customer service replaced them without issue.
Tribute In-Ear Earphones by Mixx
I like the performance and fit of these in-ear earphones; because of their ergonomic design I find them very comfortable to wear.
I was disappointed therefore when I started hearing distortion in the left hand earphone at a slightly higher volume.
As I had only had them for one month i contacted Mixx to complain. I was pleased to receive an immediate and positive response and they agreed to replace them.

Great headphones and great company<3
I bought a pair of Mixx headphones last year and they made me realise I really didn't like noises when I went outside! The noise cancelling really shocked me and now I find it hard to go back to not wearing them at all times when I'm out. Sadly my original pair stopped working, but I reached out to them in hopes of getting them repaired; they were very helpful, quick to respond and even sent me a new headset when they couldn't do anything for my old ones. So impressed with the customer service I received…in particular George was so professional, helpful & knowledgeable. He organised a replacement to be shipped to the ROI for me .. after just a few emails back and forth and the shipping details were forwarded onto me. Replacement charging cable
I had lost my pico mixx charging cable and the team offered to give me a new one for free. It’s good because eBay and other online companies were offering replacement chargers for £5-10, while having no reliable reviews. Excellent customer service.
I purchased a Mixx Watch Core
I purchased a Mixx Watch Core. I have had it for around 2 weeks. At first I was fairly impressed with it's shiny sparkly screen and the app appeared to be fairly good too. After reading and following the instruction book, I charged the watch and began to use it. First I chose a different face display and then I added a photo instead. Went through a few of the functions and then paired it to my mobile. All good so far. After the first night I could see it had monitored my sleep. This is good because I suffer with sleep apnea so it gave me info on how well I was sleeping. The next day I noticed there was no info. The watch had not synchronised and had fallen out of pairing. My mobile is never more than 2 feet away and it is new, so not a mobile problem as all other paired items remain linked. Over the next few days I noticed the battery depleating rapidly and the watch started needing constant charging! With poor battery life and poor Bluetooth linking the enjoyment and use has started to wear off and to top it all the action button on the side has fallen off and Is gone. Other than that it tells the time perfectly. I would suggest pay more and get better! Not bothered to approach manufacturer as I know they won't do anything as the shop I baught it from didn't either. Going out to buy a better make and model soon.

They are always helpful and kind and most importantly very fast in their response. I have reccomended all my family and friends to buy from them because of how awsome they are.
