MIXX C15 powerbank as a gift…
I've received a MIXX C15 powerbank as a gift from my family just under 2 years ago. It died. So I contacted Mixx and I received a replacement powerbank very quickly. The customer service advisor, Ben, was excellent and I'm very pleased with the alternative replacement powerbank for the discontinued C15 one. Mixx is great company who look after their customers and the advisor replied very quickly. Would recommend 100%.

I suffer from tinitus and been looking for earbuds with good sound quality for some time until I came across mixx hybrid streambuds. I had a small issue with one of the buds but their public relations group sorted the issue quickly and successfully. I would recommend mixx

Stream buds Solo 3 purchased in November. One ear stopped working. Contacted Mixx who were proficient in recommending that I send them to them for inspection. Quickly contacted me to confirm that they were defective and issued a replacement pair.

I had to return a second pair of earbuds but I cannot fault the outcome, they replied quickly and professionally and replaced the faulty item.
Pure junk
Pure junk. I just bought a pair of mixed earbuds from FYE and they don't charge brand new. Looking at other reviews I guess this is common. Don't buy these ear buds. They are useless and they keep selling them broken

I purchased a set of earbuds and on opening, discovered I had an issue with both earbuds failing to charge when placed in the case. I contacted Mixx and got an immediate response. They sent me a label to return the item and they then sent me out a replacement. This is customer service at its best and huge thanks to Ben and George who dealt with the issue.
Faulty ear buds
Had to return a pair of ear buds as faulty and they have been returned FOC. The customer service has been excellent so a big shout out to and thank you to Ben Savage for all his help.

Cannot praise this Company enough, after having a issue with my buds I contacted them for help and after a discussion with them I received a new pair the next morning which was unexpected, highly recommended
Awesome Products, Long Device Life, Top Tier Customer Support
Aside from the very high audio quality and long battery life of Mixx wireless streambuds (both phenomenal for such low cost), the tech support service I got from them this week is hands down the best customer support I've ever dealt with.
Love my streambuds. They started stuttering recently and I couldn't work out why so a support rep called Ben helped me out, even with suggestions that weren't directly linked to Mixx (like checking Spotify settings etc.). Honestly I thought I'd just worn them out from overuse and was just going to buy a new pair. After a few very speedy emails, Ben resolved -without me even thinking to ask - that they would just send me a new pair as I realised I was actually still in warranty.
If you have an issue with product in UK and it cannot be resolved by mail comms, you can post your earbuds to them for free and they'll check it out for you.
Super, super product and their team do care about customer satisfaction. If you ever need help troubleshooting, they're so fast at replying by email. No waiting for days or hitting dead ends trying to talk to a human.
Again the audio quality is top tier. Personally I don't like AirPods. I've gotten a number of friends and family hooked on Mixx buds because of this resistance to $$$ AirPods. Two are whom are musicians which will tell you all you need to know.
I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Excellent customer service
Had these headphones for around a year now and fully recommend battery life is very good. Recently my headphones had a fault so I had to message the Mixx Company and they were very quick to respond saying how I could fix it and asking for photos of the product. They once diagnosed the asked me to send them in for testing where they sent me a free postage label so I didn’t have to pay. And within a matter of a few days they had sent me a brand new pair of headphones all whilst keeping in close contact with me to let me know what was happening. This was all covered under the two year warranty. Very good service.

Ther replaced my device under the 2 year warranty. I bought it in December 2023 and one side stopped working this week so I contacted them and they’ve been absolutely incredible about the replacement! I’m very happy with it
Great customer service
First of all they're very reasonably priced for solid earbuds. Mine developed an issue with charging and connecting after 6 weeks or so and when I reached out to customer service they were very helpful. Free returns for quality testing and when it was determined that they were faulty, Mix sent me a replacement set immediately. The whole process took less than a week.

Mixx must be one of the most supportive of customers.
I thought that my earbuds were faulty. As requested I returned them but received a replacement before Mixx had received the return. Just no words to say how impressed I am.
Quality Service
Unfortunately my earbuds were not working and I approached customer care team .
Team was so prompt to acknowledge my concern also told me to few steps to check the product however it didn’t work .
Immediately they know that product still not working offer me replacement.
I been delighted to deal with them and the quality service given me 5 star rating/ satisfaction.
Problem with Mixx Streambuds
Four months after we purchased some Mixx Streambuds we had a problem with the right Streambud not fully charging so we emailed Mixx Audio, who suggested some simple checks and contact cleaning then kindly suggested and paid for the Streambuds to be returned to them so they could be checked in-house. Within 3 days a new pair of Mixx Streambuds was posted to us without any fuss. Mixx Audio were polite, helpful and customer-focussed throughout all their emails and we'd be happy to purchase other products from them in the future.
