This has been a refreshing change compared to the service from most companies and the whole experience was exceptional.From initial contact with Ben over a fault with my earbuds, the issue was corrected in less than a week and is now resolved completely.

I had a great experience using Mixx Customer Services recently. I got in touch as one of my headphones wouldn’t work. Their website contained a really good troubleshooting page anyway but unfortunately none of the solutions worked. Their reply to my email was prompt and contained lots of new ideas to try and get it working again. When none of them worked, I was quickly sent a free post label to send the earphones back to them. They got in touch within a couple of days of me sending them to tell me there was a fault and that they would send me a brand new replacement in the post. The customer service I received from Ben was outstanding. He was helpful and prompt with his replies and would I highly recommend both the product and the company.

I had to return some headphones which broke, Mixx were helpful and offered to replace them if I returned the others. They did so promptly without any cost to me, I thought their customer service was very good which isn’t often the case with other manufacturers.

An amazing company, I couldn’t recommend them highly enough! My daughter’s ear buds stopped working and they covered the cost of postage back to them, the package was even collected from my front door. New ear buds received within less than 24 hours of posting. Consistent messages with every update from Ben. I’d give more than 5 stars for Ben and Mixx if I could. Thanks so much!

Excellent is not even the word to describe the customer service that gets delivered here ! Spectacular more like ! Remarkable ! Comforting ! Any help that is needed, you shall receive plus even more in abundance may I add ! If you have ANY problems with their products the customer service advisors are more than willing to help out to the best of their ability, even more than you could imagine and they are very joyous with their engaging. The products here are top quality 10/10 ! Wow !!!! Good deliverance for music , taking calls , watching movies , playing games you name it ! And their microphone is the top knotch too !!! Meter distance is exactly as it describes on the packaging ! Quite cool really
StreamBuds Sport Charge - Terrible product, terrible instructions
I had a set of StreamBuds Sport Charge for my Birthday. First use they don’t work. Only the left earbud plays music. The right one doesn’t work. The instructions with them doesn’t have a troubleshooting guide, doesn’t tell you how long you need to charge them for. The voice to say the ear bud is connected is too low for you to hear, so you can’t tell whether one or both are connected or even working. The instructions say there should be a beep when the ear phones pair. There isn’t one. Then in the online advice from the chat bot, it says to shut them down, remove the device from your phone and follow a hard reset process. They make reference to a red flashing light to say they are pared. Me and my wife have done the steps over and over again. No red light !!!! Terrible product and terrible instructions. I wouldn’t buy them again, straight back to the store for a full refund.
What a great company
What a great company! I reported a problem with my StreamBuds Sports Charge, which I absolutely love, to the customer service team at MIXX in February 2024 and they were great in suggesting solutions that might fix the problem or failing that advised me to return them. I tried the suggestions and was delighted when they started to work again. Unfortunately 6 months later the problem came back but the customer service team have been brilliant again. This time I returned them and was able to do so free of charge. I returned them on Tuesday and Ben kept in touch with me and informed of progress. 4 days after returning them I received a brand new pair.
This service is absolutely amazing considering I purchased them over a year ago and not direct from MIXX. This is customer service at its best and I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending the product, the company and the service.

Mixx StreamC1 over ear Bluetooth headphones
We purchased the Mixx StreamC1 Bluetooth over ear headphones as a Christmas present for our daughter. She loves them! Uses them daily and comments on how comfortable they are to wear- thats a big win as she is very fussy!!
Unfortunately a couple of weeks ago one side stopped working. Where we purchased them from didn't want to know so we contacted Mixx directly. They have been incredibly helpful and very fast in replying to our emails. We needed to send the headphones to them for testing but they did send a prepaid label so we didn't need to pay postage. They were sent last Friday and we have received an email today to say they will be replacing the headphones and we should have a new pair in the next couple of days. Thank you to Ben and George who have helped resolve the problem, their customer service has been fantastic.
I'm a big fan
I'm a big fan! Wore my headphones in all sorts of conditions, in the rain and heat, and they were fine. Had them just over a year, they stopped working so sent them back for repairs. Unfortunately couldn't be fixed but I was sent a replacement that I really like!
Earbuds had issues of heating up and disconnecting.
I bought Mixx Streambuds end of the last year. Past couple weeks I was facing issues with my earbuds as I got heated up within 2-5 minutes and disconnected. Then, I contacted to Mixx customer support, one of customer executives (George), got in touch with me, and assured me for replacement after finding fault with their product. I must say that, Mixx has wonderful customer support service, which always ready to resolve queries. Lastly, I received new pair of buds in 24 hrs.

I am so impressed with Mixx and their customer service. My headphones got damaged and stopped working, one quick email and George from Mixx got back in touch to arrange shipping (free!) so I could send them in to be fixed. Unfortunately they couldn't fix them, so they replaced them with a better model (free!) which arrived very quickly. Thanks George!
