Made order on august 2024 - now its april 2025 - still did not receive it and have no even single replay from Mizuyama - not via e-mail, not via instagram account. What is the status of it? When I will receive it? Or just return money and cancel all...
I made the payment on November 25th, still no message from Cargo, no response has been received and no response has been received to the messages I sent.
Have not received my order after over a month and no information on its status despite having tried to contact Mizuyama several times through email.
I ordered a pre order sword 4 weeks ago and I still havn’t gotten it. I have tried to contact the company but they ain’t answering. If I need to switch sword to another one to make the delivery go faster, I would but I can’t contact them.
Very good quality. For it's price it's so good. The base of the handle is kind of loose if you want to make kenjutsu demonstration moves, but again, excelent quality for it's price. Lovely details on everything. Definetly gonna buy again from here!!!
Ordered i week ago and still hasn’t been shipped, 0 updates and 0 communication. I sent emails and never got answers and i DM on Instagram and no response.

the sword was sent out dirty, dirtied at the handle with some yellow glue. the shipping took 13 days to go only from germany to a country neighboring with germany. this is laughable, preposterous for a courier service - DHL, it's not your regular snail mail postal service. it wouldn't even occur to me that 2-3 days domestic and 5 days international within the EU shipment is -not- courier standard in any decent EU country. and to think germans think my country is backwards! gah.
