Total scam company. Am wanting to return items that don't fit. Policy is they will only take back authorised returns. They ignore emails so you can't get it authorised and then you go out of the return window time !!! Youngsters out there spending hard earned cash with no refund and clothing they can't wear. If something doesn't fit you have the right to return it. Give this lot a swerve. !!!!

Awful items, stained grey hoodie and just do it T-shirts straight out of a charity shop and one item not even the right size then denied refund/exchange.

Very overpriced for what you get, my 1st parcel I received a Nike hoody far too big( even though I’d stated my sizes) a Hilfiger crochet jumper which was awful and a raph Lauren zip top. I returned the goods stated the jumper was too big and I hated the crochet top, and could I exchange them. My new parcel arrives 4 days later with the exact same crochet top inside. Shame because the Tictok videos make the company seem so good.

Bought 2 boxes now both been absolutely mint, listened to my notes and got exactly what i wanted. Definitely buying more, would 100% recommend!

Absolutely amazing! I got the 3 piece mystery box for my daughter and she didn’t like the legwear, we sent it back to exchange and in the replacement she got a Tommy Hilfiger coat, Nike jacket and Ralph Laurent top. She’s absolutely over the moon and wants one every birthday and Xmas! Sooooo worth the price! Thank you!

Clothes were in very decent condition and the branded clothes were worth the money

If I could give a half star I would I payed £40-45 I believe I bought a mystery box waiting a long time for it to come, I did message the instagram explaining I know it’s a mystery box please could you put something good in for me. As I really had a difficult month and I was hyping this box at work when the time came it finally came it was absolutely shocking what came. I got a adidas sweatshirt not even my size I’m a small to a medium sent an XL which was stupid not to mention I don’t believe any person would wear that jumper it wasn’t looked after like they say they iron and try their hardest to remove any bubble or as much as the defects on their items. It was hideous if I could put a picture I would I got a half zip which was a size large barely fit me too. I did sent a message in the order description my sizes as I’m various sizes in t shirts hoodies jackets and jumpers and didn’t get it. They sent two fruitellas thinking that would lighten the blow. Was a complete mockery this brand, don’t bother to buy a box unless your lucky to have a good following then they would actually send something good like a north face or a Moncler or any other nice items they show in order to get the influencer to sell the product to their fans. I’m not leaving this negative review to bombard the brand do something malicious but to show this brand isn’t all what it seems don’t think what to put in their boxes. To all those who say return it it’s always hard to return items to any store as customer service isn’t great with online businesses at all and they should have read my sizes and thought about what they were sending out.

I purchased a standard mystery box, I wasn’t expecting anything too flashy or any top notch brands like Gucci or Burberry but I was expecting something decent like Nike or adidas please tell me why I got unbranded grey joggers like something from primark and a plain white shirt like I’m going for a interview. False advertising nothing designer at all not worth it at all

They wasn’t lying when they said they give branded clothes because I got the three item mystery selection and got really good items eg Ralph Lorenz jumpers etc. even though it is second hand clothes they’re all in really good quality which took me by surprise. Love ittt
