Completely mismanaged for 18 months. No risk assessment renewed, no communal electricity paid, building insurance not paid… yet service charges collected every month without fail.
Most outgoings went to MKDP and the occasional communal clean. I strongly advise that you avoid this management company as all they are bothered about is lining their own pockets.

This companies ethos does not marry with Pamela Pampila personally. She rented a property of a high standard, they were served notice to vacate the property for personal reasons of the owner, the property was not kept clean, tidy or in good standard, money would need to be spent on it to get it anywhere near back to what it was. They decided to stop paying rent due to a very very minor detail with the managing agency. Also due to refusing to vacate the premises for months the owner was left sleeping on friends couches with no rent from Pamela and all her family coming in.
It has taken all of 2024 up to 18th August for them to vacate. They refused to pay rent saying that they hadn’t been given the custodial account details by email of where their bond was kept yet they’d had it on paper!
Thousands of pounds owing and to top it off the only way they would vacate was if they received the bond back. The managing agency felt they had no choice.
The owner has now got control of the property again but the damage and cleanliness is going to far exceed any bond which she will ever see.
The owner is heartbroken from all the events of this woman, she is trying to rebuild her life and now will have to spend so much time, money and energy in getting her house back to being a home.
If someone can do this to anyone or even another company over an inconsequential tiny matter that had no effect to her or anyone then watch out in having any dealings with her fullstop in business.

Her ethos is laughable, it must be copied out of somewhere because it certainly is not something that is practiced. Beware!

Pamela and her team did a really great job with our tiny but complicated block of flats. Her continued professionalism, clarity, and helpfulness was astonishing considering what some of the reluctant leaseholders threw at her. Accounting could have been clearer (2019), so just make sure you have a thorough discussion at the start, or maybe they have refined this system. All the best.

Over Priced Bad Management

They management our building,first of all the sensery door broken and the key does not work, contact them without any luck. But when their is misplace building rubbish problem happened they blame wrong people without investigaged. My apartment got leaking damage from building roof, they admited it's their fault （have email proof）. But when i chasing my cost for fix the leaking damage they find excuse and never bothered pay me the damge cost. I was paid the service charge 2 weeks delayed got 35.00GBP fine ( by the time today the charge rolling itnto 42.18GBP) withot notice.

We have recently moved away from MKDP Property Management due to our uncovering of a completely unsatisfactory service and management of our money over a period of time.
I would HIGHLY recommend going with an ARMA regulated management company instead so that you know they are audited and work to a specified code of conduct.
We have learnt our lesson - beware!!

A pleasure to do business with - quick, polite and friendly replies to emails and queries. When a problem with the property occurs it's dealt with quickly and professionally.

Very easy to deal with and genuinely helpful (not always the case with property management companies!). They have always been prompt with responses and great at managing multi-tenant issues. Excellent. Highly recommend MKDP.

Brilliant service from MKDP. We used to have a large national company managing our development. They did not listen to the residents. For the past two years MKDP have turned the finances and property around. We are now well managed and listened to. Superb.
