Exceptional service

Took an awful beaten up bike frame in for blasting and spraying, what I got back just a couple of days later was a shiny new-looking beautiful thing for a better price than any other quote in the area. Absolutely delighted thank you

My Mk hydro dipping experience

I’ll start of with the first issue I had, the communication. One for the first emails I sent was a lengthy one asking a couple of questions and then asking what I needed to do to book myself in. The response was a single sentence answering only one of my questions, so I had to ask again how to book myself. I will add they always replied in a timely manner.

I then asked if I could drop the parts off on a Monday witch was a bank holiday they said that was fine. I was also told to give an hours notice when I got there they were close and I was then told they weren’t open that day so I was told to leave the parts out side in one of the cars witch wasn’t ideal.

The next main issue was when I got the parts back. (for context I had asked for all the parts to have the carbon fibre pattern going the same way and had provided pictures showing how they should go) the main center console piece had the pattern going the wrong way and another piece had runs in the lacker, which was even more annoying since when I had originally taken it to them I was told using them was the best option since other companies leave runs in the lacker. There is even a picture of the parts on there website and you can see one of the pieces has the pattern going the wrong way.

I then contacted them and showed in pictures what was wrong with two of the parts. They said they would correct the parts, so I had someone take the parts back and also once again just point out the issues. This is where I don’t believe I was told the truth. So about 2 and a bit weeks go by and I haven’t heard anything so I messaged them asking for an update. (I will add in the message I did say I wasn’t in a rush to get the parts back. I was hoping if I didn’t rush them it would be done properly) I got a reply saying they were all ready for dipping tomorrow and they had been way for a week. Then another 2 weeks go by with no response so I message again asking for another update (on a Monday), They responded saying they were currently out of the country and they would be back on Thursday. And they offered to post the parts to me witch I excepted.

So then another 2 weeks go by and no update so I ask again for one (on a Monday) and the response was, “ hi yes we did say we was out of the country and back today Monday your items was sent today” witch I found odd because that contradicted what they said 2 weeks ago. A couple of days later the parts showed up and the main part the center console hadn’t even been touched, at this point I guess they were lying about most of the conversation I was just baffled. I will add they did correct the other piece but that only required wet sanding witch should have only taken a day or two.

At this point I’m just going to by another one and have someone else do it. I won’t be using them again in the future. As for the other parts they were for the most part fine there where a couple of small imperfections that someone picky like me would notice but I am happy with the other parts including the one that was corrected.
