Mlily Hybrid Gel 3000....AVOID!
Mlily Hybrid Gel 3000....AVOID!
Absolutely dreadful! A week in and the mattress is still mangled and deformed. Cover is like a very baggy old sock. Obviously faulty. I purchased from Furniture Village and I've requested a full refund under my consumer rights but Milly are taking their sweet time to respond to FV.
AVOID this mattress. Spend your money elsewhere. Very poor product.
Dips where you sleep
Dips where you sleep
Within a few months both sides have huge dips where my hubby and I sleep and the middle bit does not.
I know its memory foam but didn't realise it would sink permanently.
This was so expensive too I'm gutted.
Don't waste your hard earned on this poor product
If I could put minus stars I would
If I could put minus stars I would. Milly mattress was recommended by a local independent bed store as top of the range, great for bad backs. Me and hubby have had nothing but problems since sleeping on it. Back and hip pain, pins n needles in hands, pain in shoulders. Stuck with it for 7 months, but eventually had to change for an ortho pocket sprung firm mattress. What a difference. We are finally sleeping well. DO NOT buy one of these. Began to sag very quickly. Complete waste of money
I bought this mattress about seven…
I bought this mattress about seven months ago tried very hard to stick with it ,, it’s only me sleeping on a king size looks lovely but doesn’t do the job Need a nice sleep. It doesn’t seem to have great support ,, Seems very soft not good for someone who’s got fibromyalgia and back problems. The warmer the room feels the mattress is softer-from the heat .I did mention to the company bed and mattress centre on the A27 westbound to Chichester. can’t wait to go back to a firm sprung mattress not a happy customer at all wasted a lot of money which I didn’t really have, but I was putting my health first thought I’d get a good night sleep not once have I had a whole night through. It’s in fact caused me more problems.
MLILY Premier 3000
Bought the MLILY Premier 3000 over a month ago and it has been the best thing for my back pain. For the first 3/4 days it was slightly too hard and caused me more pain BUT I kept doing my physio work to reduce the pain and after a week I noticed the back pain had reduced substantially. Basically the bed needs breaking in to get to the same level you felt in the store (it does say this on the packaging). My wife had a great sleep on the first night and that has continued since. We both love it.
Amazing
We have 2 Premier Deluxe 1000 mattresses at our house and they are both fantastic. Excellent value, very comfortable and supportive.
Bought a mlilly 3000 in jan 25
Bought a mlilly 3000 in jan 25, within 2 days bed fault, sagging in middle and have pain in back. Lower, middle and upper back, shoulders are aching and hurting and suffering with ins and needles in my hands. Can't wait to get ride of this mattress. Don't buy. Trying to get mattress sent back.
Dreadful customer service Manner!
Dreadful customer service Manner!
I called the manufacturer to get some advise on their products but I can honestly say she was the rudest person ever! I don’t think I was in the phone for even one minute and I could feel the anti sales in her! If the owner or someone with authority is reading please, pull her up as it was a dreadful experience. Needless to say I had to come off the phone with disbelief.
MLILY Premier 3000 purchased Jan 2022
MLILY Premier 3000 purchased Jan 2022
We're now approaching the 3 year mark with our MLILY mattress, and it has been a lifesaver!
Had initially gone shopping for an orthopaedic pillow, but somehow left the Devon Bed Centre with a new mattress in tow. I had been suffering for years with neck troubles, often unable to get out of bed and throwing my neck out 2/3 times per month. In 3 years I have had just one episode of neck trouble.
This is a somewhat soft mattress, but like others, we haven't had problems with any lumps or issues rolling in to one another. We bought a king size, and weigh 65kg and 85kg.
The only very small gripe I have, is having children the mattress cover has become stained and in approaching the Devon bed centre we're told that MLILY do not sell replacement covers. That being said, we never did approach MLILY direct.
We've had an incredibly positive experience compared to others, which makes me wonder whether the mattresses may have been of better quality when the company were in their infancy.
Out mattress is covered by warranty for another 2 years; but we don't anticipate any problems and we're quite happy that the mattress is still offering us a great nights sleep.
Don't buy Mlily Hybrid Gel 5000 mattress
Purchased Mlily Hybrid Gel 5000 mattress 8 weeks ago. Mattress in showroom was bliss but the one that arrived was totally different. Within days was spending every night in pain and lost loads of sleep to the point I was struggling to function. Thinking this was an ongoing issue from a medical issue last year, went to orthopaedic consultant who wanted to refer me to a spine surgeon for a prolapsed disc. Happened to go away for a few days and slept pain free all night. Came home and within 10 minutes of getting back into my own bed was in agony. Got up and walked round until it eased then went back to bed. But so painful that I gave up and did my first ever midnight online purchase for another brand. Mattresses swapped three days later and I've slept well ever since. Lost lots of money but better than paying for / having the threatened spine surgery.
Poor quality mattress
Poor quality mattress
Went out of shape with in months of purchase. Had a lump in the centre of the mattress it was 3cm to 4 cm high.
We complained they sent an engineer out who said it was within there excepted tolerances. They are joke don’t buy this poor quality product from a company that has terrible customer service
There's a reason you haven't heard of Mlily in the UK!
Reviewing after suffering for 2.5 years with an Mlily mattress.
We were recommend an Mlily Premier mattress by a salesman at an independent showroom in Cardiff. We tried the mattress and it felt great, so bought a double soft/medium version as we are both side sleepers.
We have not had a good night sleep since! The mattress is heavy with support at the sides but the middle sags and we spend all night rolling together and sleeping on an incline. The one we tried in the shop which we were told was a soft/medium was much firmer. My partner (in his late 20s) has developed back pain which we believe is down to the mattress.
Within a couple of weeks of having the mattress we complained to the store but they tried to blame our bed frame saying it wasn't supportive enough (we have tried the mattress on a hard floor and since changed to a divan so that certainly isn't the issue). They were very unhelpful and refused a refund or exchange, as other big mattress retailers in the UK do with their sleep guarantee. It would not surprise me that the retailer was being paid extra to promote the Mlily mattresses.
Unfortunately we still cannot afford to change the mattress which we paid more than £700 for!
I have since done some more research and can see only negative reviews in the UK for the Mlily Premier.
Do not make the same mistake we did and spend your money on a reputable brand and in a store which offers a sleep guarantee.
Recomended by salesman??"
Since purchasing this mattress, I wake several times per night with hip and lower back pain. The hip depends on which side I am lying. 1 night was enough, but the bed people were't interested and advised me to sell it private and buy a different one.Good sales tactic!
Is 1 star really the lowest you have?
Who would buy a second hand mattress? £650 down the pan.
Mlidy 3000 premier
Mlidy 3000 premier. Do not buy this bed, this bed supposed to be a medium, but feels like an extra firm...not only that but I'm constantly fighting throughout the night from rolling into my hubby. It's a horrible matress. And now I have to sleep on it for the next 12 months until I pay it off...my back is killing me...I'm depressed and it's taking its toll...this company will not do returns if you bought it from a retailer store...so no help there. Just stay the way from it...it looks nice but it's pure hell to my back.
Wouldn't recommend
Purchased the most expensive Mlily mattress in the bed store, due to the comfort and reviews, as my husband has problems with his back. It had a strong smell on delivery which started to get better slowly but now had it 6 months and it still smells revolting. Contacted Mlily who says I need to deal with the Bed Store. The Store sent a Homeserve engineer in to check it out who says the smell doesn't make the mattress faulty so stuck with it. Won't recommend or purchase Mlily again as now stuck with a smelly £1400 mattress 🤢😩
Mlily Fusion Luxe Hybrid 5 STARS
I've recently gotten my 2nd Mlilly Fusion Lux Hybrid mattress and must say that they're far and beyond superb in many aspects!! They're extremely comfortable, well made and the hybrid design accommodates a variety of sleeping styles!! When buying a new mattress Mlily Fusion Lux hybrid deserves your serious consideration and in my experience their Customer Service is phenomenal!!
More aches and pains than ever before.
I am certain there are individuals who'll love this mattress but for me this is my experience.
I bought a superking Premium 3000 as a replacement for an old pocket sprung. The mattress itself is very well constructed but it is as hard as rocks despite being advertised as a medium mattress. The first week I hardly slept, mentioning this to the local distributor (who told us that since it was delivered there was nothing they could or wanted to do).
I've had it now for 5 months and have suffered more aches and pains than I could ever have imagined. There is a degree of sagging which I know they'll argue is normal but I don't like turning over uphill, so something to consider for these hybrids. I can honestly says all the YouTube reviews are 100% nonsense.
Interestingly at the time I bought small doubles for the kids from an online retailer, something called a Bliss 800 and these have turned out to be a blessing in disguise.
So after 5 months I've binned the Mlily and bought the simple Bliss 800 pocketsprung (at a third the Mlily price) and couldn't be happier. It's just sad this mistake cost over a grand.
My rule of thumb, foam and hybrids are a waste. Stay with the tried and tested.
Wanted a medium mattress
Wanted a medium mattress
It felt firmer in the shop when we tried it
Left it out for 24 hours even tho was told only about 7 hours
Much softer than expected but it have eased the back pain mostly but was told that it would help keep you cool
But it don’t very very hot
But nope more money wasted obviously I will have to keep for now
Just hope we don’t get to much of a hot summer
Not great for stomach sleepers
Not great for stomach sleepers – If you love to slumber on your stomach, the Mlily mattress is probably not your top pick. The bed's exceptionally soft and sinkable layers provide almost no support to the hips, and in fact even throw the spine a little bit out of alignment
