I’m extremely disappointed with my experience shopping online with MMA Factory. I returned a Fairtex F-2 Day Gloves over two months ago and never received a refund. Unfortunately, I misplaced the AusPost tracking number, but the staff at AusPost assured me the parcel would return to my address if undeliverable. That never happened.

I followed every step of the return process exactly as outlined on MMA Factory’s website. Despite this, I’m now out $250 with no resolution in sight. I've to the physical store before, where I was treated really well, but sadly that doesn’t make up for the poor and unreliable online return system.

This experience has completely eroded my trust. I will never shop online with MMA Factory again, and I strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering through their website.

Ordered a nice pair of Rival Gloves around $300 and paid for express freight to receive the package the next day which was the case only find one glove in the parcel. Major let down on service!!! How does this even happen!!! I be passing my experience to other member at my boxing club.

Buyer beware! This is the first time I've had to waste time contacting my bank for a payment dispute.
I'm not sure what's going on with MMA Direct, but they either don't respond to emails, or are unable to answer simple questions about an order when they do.
This is one of those businesses to be avoided. I ordered a bag back in Feb that was showing up as in stock. >$1000 and several weeks later I'm really regretting my decision to give MMA Direct a go.
Caveat emptor!

Getting assistance from bank after 1 month with my order never appearing.
This business apologised for initially never dispatching my order, said they would provide a refund and re send but did neither.
Entirely fraudulent, unable to provide sending dates or tracking information.
If you happen to accidentally buy from them despite the multiple warnings that aren’t their internally placed positive reviews, please contact your bank. They will be able to provide a fraudulent transaction form. VISA offers built in protection, and they’ll still enjoy the transaction fee.

All their positive reviews are contrived, with similar diction and the same format.

Order not sent, unable to get ANY response from this company. Total rip off. Reporting to my bank as fraud, Have seen other reviews where customers don’t receive their items.

Bad customer service. My order was cancelled with no contact, I emailed them and was told they couldn't find my address. Would have been nice if they reached out to tell me this rather than just cancelling my order with no contact.

Never had a problem shipping to my address before, I emailed them several more times about working this out and they stopped replying.

Would not reccommend shopping here

Excellent in store customer service. Went above and beyond to resolve a product quality issue i had.
I really appreciated helping me get sorted out when they weren't necessarily obligated to.

Not happy with my experience this time, have purchased a Gi prior with great customer service.This time when I asked to use an affiliate code I was told I could not unless I was physically in the store, when last year it was no problem. Customer service last year went above and beyond making sure it came out of the Melbourne store so I would have it in time, this time no one was interested in helping me so it ended up coming from WA store, in which it ended up being late for my husbands present.I will purchase my Kingz Gi from elsewhere from now on.

Not good. The gear is so good, I spent so much money that my wife almost kicked me out of the house.

The salesman at Concord was fantastic.
Nothing was a problem & his boxing experience helped me make a decision on shoes that was a good one.
