I ordered my product and received it quickly but the Windows Key has already been used.
I tried contacting support multiple time but it seems noone there cares.
They basically just stole 20€ from me.

I initially ordered something, but after over seven days without any response, I decided to cancel the order. Instead of refunding me in cash, I was forced to take a voucher.

Using the voucher, I tried to place another order on the website, and now it’s been another seven days with no delivery or update. I still haven’t received anything.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. You should consider buying a proper website that can handle orders efficiently.

I should have listened to my friends who warned me about this scam.

I got the key after 30 seconds :).

Mmoga is ignoring my emails, not replying back. So annoying. It’s been 5 hours since my order has been put in. I bought a account once it came in 2 hours now its been 5 hours and still no reply. 🤦

I am an old client in MMOGA. Never had problems up until now. I ordered a ps key at 23 of December but never got the key. Asked for the key or refund, send many emails but got no reply at all. Feels like I got scammed this time. No product delieverd so far!

I've always been happy with MMOGA so far. But now I see that MMOGA has no support, sent several emails via the contact form and no one answers.

I have always enjoyed shopping on MMOGA, but after the introduction of payment verification requiring me to send a photo of myself holding my ID alongside my face and a bank statement of the transaction, it has become unacceptable for me. I understand verifying an account this way, but for every purchase? Sorry, I’d rather shop elsewhere. MMOGA, let me know when you cancel this nonsense so I can return as your customer.

Scam, 9 days no key and no refund. Support does not answer email. I have been sending email for 8 days and have not gotton any reply yet. This is just a scam site do not buy from here, there are many other shops that are more trusted. SCAM

Delivery time was listed with 1-24 hours but even after days no key was delivered even though the payment was accepted. Messages I've sent via the contact from are ignored and the live support is always offline.

I placed an order for €100 and did not receive a delivery from the seller. Customer support is not responding to my request. I have been a customer of MMOGA for many years, but now I am only disappointed. I advise all potential customers not to place orders on this platform, until they fixed their ridiculus customer support.

I am waiting now for over 24 hours for my key. These are unaccaptable wait times. If the key is out of stock it should not be listed!
Also since when is paypal not a option anymore.
Edit: Its been now over four days, since I have contacted support for a refund since they are not able to give me a code. Really bad Customer Service!

fast and flawless

I bought Cyberpunk for the Xbox and when redeeming it says that it has already been used. I contact MMOGA and the only thing they can tell me is that the supplier only pays half of my Money Back ?? I prefer to leave all my money with G2A now

I placed an order with MMOGA and was asked to verify my identity afterward – which is understandable. However, my order was withheld until I paid for a chargeback from 2.5 years ago. While I can accept that, the real issue lies in the customer support.

Despite sending at least four emails, including video proof, explaining that the provided payment link does not work, I have been refused a new link since Friday. The support team has been unresponsive and unhelpful, and after all these emails, there has been no progress at all.

No refund, no product key – just frustration.
