I’d give less than 1 if I could

I’d give less than 1 if I could. My wife ordered 2 items. Never got a confirmation, shipping or a response. I had to call the bank and get my card shut off and a refund through the bank. Garbage service and company.

Well I ordered the Jeanine Bottle and…

Well I ordered the Jeanine Bottle and its looks nothing like the one advertised. You have a lady on face book stating that she put the mum and dads ashes in it when they died. Well I don't know how she did that as mine is not hollow to put anything in it, and also not big enough. It looks totally different to hers as well so I think I just got the cheaper version and I am very upset.

It's a scam, trust me

I bought it and had to contact support. After send photos of the transaction, my Driver's license and the last four of my card, they wanted to call me. Gave them my number and country and since they couldn't call me, cancelled my order. Hope the refund is speedy or I'm filing a charge back. The fact that they need all this is a red flag, but you don't know until after you purchase. This is ridiculous.....

They ask for pictures of your ID and…

They ask for pictures of your ID and credit card to "verify" your identity. When I provided altered/blurred pics via a link that locked the doc to view only and no download. They then had me send a picture of myself holding my ID, which I was very careful to cover up anything important with my hand/fingers. They then denied me as they said they didn't believe someone my age (I'm almost 50) was playing a video game and refunded the money. Sounds pretty sketchy to me. If it were a younger person/kid, they'd probably send their info without being careful. I'd give them no stars if I could and I'll report them to the BBB!

A+ as always guys

I've bought gold from these guys on many occasions. They've always delivered the gold speedily, usually within 5 minutes. I've recently spent $300 for gold and, of course, it took longer to acquire seeing as how it was a BIG order to fill and they had other customers to give their gold orders. I'm never disappointed with their service or their customer support staff. It just goes to show how legit these guys are when I have no problem giving them $300 and waiting for a bit to get my gold. A+ as always guys!

Only site I can say I currently trust

Only site I can say I currently trust. I recently tried to cheap out and paid $50 for 315M gold on another site 6 days ago. Their guarantee is delivery within 8 minutes to 24 hours. After being patient & being told 5 times that their supplier was offline, 24 hours passed. I accepted I had just been scammed. I checked 1-2 times a day until the 5th day. I was surprised to be told he was online, though he only had like 170M at that moment. Still waiting for the rest, but the point is that though I wasn't actually scammed, mmoko is consistent, doesn't use chat operators that are basically robots (my main frustration with other sites), and will let you know up front if there will be a delay with your order. I'm no longer willing to save a few dollars in exchange for ridiculous customer service and a week long wait for just half my order. Given, buying rs gold is a sketchy deal anyway, but mmoko is as legitimate as it gets and will be the only site that receives my business from here on out.

They are okay goods fake websites

They are okay goods fake websites! Don't buy anything from them! Very bad experience and still waiting my refund! I purchased their product and they told me that the item is not available. They should do the refund within 24 hours. I contacted them through out 3 days and they always saying they will do the refund later for any stupid excuse. Which I still never ever get my refund! They are bad and they have multiple different websites which they operate with the same people. Now the new ones called mmoko and thesafesafe.com, be aware of these scam websites.

did not give me my credits

I ordered my rainbow 6 siege credits about 9 days ago, and I waited 6, because they were off on chinese new year, then waited a few more, contacting constantly, and they never gave me my credits. They did refund me, so i gave them a star for that. they kept saying that the system was offline, and to wait 3 or so hours, i did that, over and over until i gave up. I would recommend XTMMO.net, but because they don't seem to sell credits anymore, it seems like paying full price is the only option

MMOKO is a SCAM. Do your research before you give them your credit card!

So I recently bought in-game Item for Fallout 76 from their site.
So I played a couple of hours after that and nothing was happening. I waited online some more and then I wrote to their live chat. They answered imminently and said I should wait a bit. So after 30 minutes they said that their "Supplier" isn't online and I have to wait for him about 8 hours. I waited the 8 hours. After 9 hours I wrote them again and was asked to wait....30 minutes or so they said and I quote "friend this items not availble now wil mail u when ready ok? "
---
So I am not going to play the waiting game. I live in Germany and I know I am going to get refunded. I failed a complain in paypal and they have 15 days to send me the non-existent item or I am getting my cash back.

Regards
"Friend"

After ordering, they requested for my photo ID, Credit card photo with last 4 digits and a screenshot of the paypal transaction. They disappeared and did not deliver my gold.
