Unique and inspiring
These phone cases are very unique and a joy to own. I personally have several of the different wood cases. The organika collection made from flowers and even things such as coffee are some of the coolest cases I’ve seen.

Very beautiful case and great way of thinking!
Hi there! This case makes me smile. Why? First of all i have a great feeling because i wanted to give a little help to a small company and not to all the big rich people in the world. I think its a very good shape and fits perfect. The wood is beautiful, i like that it covers the whole phone and i really like your way of thinking!

I cannot praise this company enough. Rarely do you encounter an enterprise willing to go above and beyond simply because they can, not because they have to.
When I discovered the campaign to create phone cases out of reclaimed Venetian wood, I was instantly captivated. What a wonderful way to marry the old with the new and to hold a bit of history in your hand every day. For me, this represents a little bit more, as my family (parents, grandchildren, siblings and spouses) went on an unforgettable trip across Italy together.
When I reached out to ask how to order eight cases and get them shipped from Europe to Montréal as quickly as possible (my mother is quite ill, and I want her to receive hers while she can still appreciate it), Mmore jumped on the challenge. They sorted out all the details for shipping, pricing and even a special gift box for my mother. I didn’t ask them to do any of that; they offered. I was blown away. I have been singing their praises to everyone I know. I could not be happier.
Obviously, I will keep the case even after it no longer fits whichever phone I eventually upgrade to, but I will definitely look at Mmore as my first choice for all my future phone case needs!

Good product, bad shipping
I like my Jasmine case a lot - the scent is very subtle, it has a good grip and a nice feel to it. And the personal service was great too. However, it took a long time to arrive in Sweden, and when it did, I had to pay an extra 10€ in customs fee, apparently because it was labelled as being shipped from outside the EU even though it shouldn’t have been.

We are sorry that happened to you. We always paste the sticker with the CN form on all the packages before we send it (regardless of location, country or continent), so our costumers shouldn't have any problems like that. All packages we send from Slovenia, which is in the EU (also yours was sent from here), so this is kinda odd that you have to pay. We have sent packages to Sweden several times and something like that never happened before. Nevertheless, we apologize for the inconvenience.

Case Review
I think the cases are a great idea, and when I first opened mine it smelt and looked amazing. I accidentally knocked some water over near the case and unfortunately it did get a bit wet. I was hoping it would be okay as your cases are water-durable, however the wood is now out of place and is bumpy along the back. I was really disappointed (mostly in myself for spilling the water), and I'm not 100% sure of how you waterproof your cases but I think that could be something you look at improving. The case fit really nicely around my phone and felt comfortable in my hand. The design of the case is also really intricate and pretty, and I love the smell, it makes the case really unique. Overall I was happy with the case and my experience with the company, however the water damage is the only criticism I have. Unfortunately, do to this, I am not comfortable with promoting this product to my followers. I do wish you the best of luck with your company, as the cases truly are beautiful.
