I used the website to find a car…
I used the website to find a car dealer. The car dealer defrauded me. I wanted to leave a review in mobile.de about this dealer. I asked the support how I can do this? I received an answer from an employee Eva Weller from Premium-Kundenservice who said, that I cannot leave a review for the dealer.
I have found the dealer in mobile.de, I have provided a contract with the dealer to prove a purchase, I have provided a letter from my lawyer to the seller proving the fraud and mobile.de does not allow me to leave a review for the dealer? I think the reason for this is that they want to protect the fraudulent company, because it is their customer. It does not matter that the company is defrauding customer, the most important thing is that Mobile.de makes some money from them paying for ads and etc.

Its a good platform to buy cars all over europe. There are some fraudlent sellers like any other website. Anyone who asks you to send some money and says he is out of country for some reason and he will send the car on trailer , is fraud. Do not buy a car without seeing the car and meeting the sneller personally.
