I ordered a car mobile phone holder over 2 weeks ago believing I would receive it within 2-3 working days, 5 days went by and nothing. Evri tracking doesn't recognise the link they provided. Have sent emails via the customer service help page.
I am yet to receive an acknowledgement. I have emailed again today requesting an immediate refund.
Anyone reading this Please Please order from a reputable company .

I bought a pair of Google pixel 7 pro screen protectors thinking I would be saving money, turns out I wasted twice the money first for this pair and then to buy an alternative.
The screen protector itself looked solid and well built but after applying, the screen response and the finger print sensor have reduced responsiveness.
Contacted the customer service but never heard back from them. Tried to post a 1 star review afterwards on their website which was never published. I have tried to post another review on their website, let's see what happens this time.

Ordered a charger lead on Monday and it arrived 2 days later. I was a bit concerned after reading the negative reviews but it's just perfect for my Android Auto in the car. After trying various leads, I ordered a genuine Samsung one from Mobile fun and it connected instantly! Don't believe all of the negative comments

Ordered a mobile phone holder for my car, at least seven days ago, I sent two emails to them, they still haven't contacted me, should i ask for my money back?

Ordered a Travel Universal Wall Charger Adaptor where the offer was for buy 1 get 1 free. However, only 1 was delivered. I have sent 2 messages to Mobile Fun on their contact us form but both have gone unanswered and not even acknowledged. Tried to ring them but numbers given on their website are not real. Avoid this SCAM company at all costs.

Very poor service. Original order said compatible to Samsung products which was not the case. Original packaging damaged. Returned and company accuse me if damaging the packaging and quibbling about it being an unsuitable product for me.

This company is in liquidation, still accepting orders but not responding to emails about faulty products.
The Liquidator is BK PLUS 01922-922050. I left a message with them and am waiting for a response.

Package not received. Sent proof of my property to the photo where package was left. Totally different properties. Still no refund. They use EVRI. THEY EMPLOYEE thieves and liars. You wont get any more business from me.

Awful experience, received item that was faulty returned the item and still not received the refund despite me emailing to ask numerous times. Terrible service would not recommend

The company is a fraud! I bought an item which wasn’t fit for purpose. Returned it in its original condition and was charged returns postage fee which I am fine with. However, I was further charged restocking fee which wasn’t in their returns policy! I wouldn’t recommend this business to my enemy!

Bought the samsung USB-c to 3.5mm headphone adapter. The audio quality was very bad, audio kept cutting off and there was a constant static buzzing sound. Item was clearly not legit. I created 2 tickets to reach out to company. Both ignored. Then tried to contact them on instagram, also ignored. I messaged samsung and asked them if this website was a trusted retailer of samsung and they said no! This company is definitely selling fake products. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Avoid this company. Returned an item in April 24 as it was wrong size and re-ordered. Followed the returns process guidance but no refund received despite several chases. I am now told the company went into administration in August 24 and therefore I won’t be getting the refund. Poor attitude. It has cost me the item price plus the cost of returning it!

What a joke of a company they are the worst i've dealt with in my time they don't acknowledge your returns or email through there website, its in Liquidation at present and they dont give you your money back that you paid for goods which is so rude and cheeky and when you return goods they want to deduction of £4 which they have had in there returns policy

Purchased a product I couldn't find on another UK website, but it's been well over a week and they've not even given it to Evri (2-3 days delivery). This company has no customer service at all, with no way of contacting them to query or complain on their website.
So poor.

This is a terrible company. I bought a stylus that was advertised to work with the Samsung A9 tablet. I couldn't find one anywhere else so had to pay the high price they were charging for it, thinking that it was some special technology. It's not - that tablet is not enabled with palm recognition and wasn't designed to have a stylus used with it. So if you have to awkwardly hold the stylus in order to write with it, the same as any stylus you'll buy on Amazon for 1/3 the price. I'm being charged to return it, and upon paying to return it, have received no record of purchase in order to send it off. What a waste of time and money!

Returned a Tracked 48 order weeks ago and it has just been returned to me as refused. Parcel opened no explanation. If they are still accepting orders do not use them. Shocking service.

I returned a product and they did not refund me .No replies to many email messages . Avoid

I paid extra for Evri express delivery, and I don't know why. No tracking information on the Evri app and just spoken with the local Evri driver who was most courteous. He has no listing for my delivery. This is the second time I have had trouble with Mobilefun regarding delivery. Excellent products but customer service non existent. Never again.
