Ordered a data cable on 14th Oct Now 6th Nov and no cable. I have emailed but no answer and the phone number is unavailable and they promote their customer service!! Stay clear.

Sony bluetooth headset broken after one month
I purchased a bluetooth Sony headset. The delivery took one month. I had to chase my their support line to track the purchase. Once delivered, the device worked for only one month. It doesn't charge any longer. I sent an inquiry via their web site asking for replacement or reimbursement. No response.
