They charged £90 to come a fix screen when handed back the camera was then faulty. Queried with their Live Chat, suggested it was my fault due to dropping phone and is a hardware problem, baring in mind it was working perfectly before I handed the phone over. Disgusting service as such seeking legal action

Just can't believe this company and how they work. Sent my HP laptop for battery and fan to be changed. Initially, they communicate with you to get your item to them but after that, it's just hell on you. You can't reach them and they take forever to respond back. They brought back my laptop after 6 weeks with a broken screen and after returning it, they are asking me to pay for that to be repaired and even that, I've been waiting to get that sorted and it's been already another 6 weeks so I've had my laptop with them forever. Just rediculous. Please don't commit to this scammers. Please don't trust them for any service at all.

To get your item they are very forthcoming with communication and call you numerous times! As soon as they get your item they hold it at ransom and threaten you with large bills (£350 in my case, without consent or any consultation)

They lie about the defects, claiming my Mac was heavily water damaged when the water spilt on it was very minimal. They are frauds! I will be taking this complaint further due to the lack of care, they have made my laptop worse by not completing the required liquid removal ASAP.

It has been over a week and I have received no communication from them and no reply when I contact them, calls, emails and messaging. It is so bad, at least a message to update me but nothing! It is unneeded stress that a message could easily sort out. This only demonstrates the lack of professionalism and care.

There is no value in using this company! They should not be in business and I will ensure I tell everyone to stay clear! I do not support such fraudsters and will use my platform to ensure no one else gets this experience.

Fraudulent company! They are scammers and will hold you to ransom. There are hundreds of people including me who have been victims and have formed a group on FB to help and prevent this company from duping others.

Sent them a Samsung tablet for repair because it just needed a new charging port and the job was £50 est. They stated the item was repaired and being tested, in which, they come back and say the motherboard had stopped working,and asked for £150 for repair for a new mobo. Essentially they damaged the item during the process of the repair.

After many emails, they asked me "to advise". I advised them for a discount, in which they did 20% which wasnt good enough, in which i stated to return the item. Their terms and conditions state they will automate a repair if no response in 48 hours. I responded within a 8 hour time frame from their response. After all that, they still went out and repaired my item by going against my explicit instructions and then demanded £120.00 + VAT.

After many emails, the price went from £150 to £70. They are first class con artists. If you get into any problems with them, get trading standards involved! Their terms and conditions are full of spelling mistakes, and also, the fair trade act supersedes their t&c should they breach them (in which in my case, they did).

30 emails, and lots of lost time.

finally they said they couldn't repair. so i asked for it back (no fix no fee... right?!... wrong!) They told me to pay £200 or I wouldn't get it back.

So I had to. It came back, dented, scratched and not put together properly.
Please learn from my mistake, and stay away from these cowboys!

I needed to get my HTC Hero repaired as the speaker was not working (the voice speaker when you make a call to someone). They took it in and quoted me a price and although on the first attempt they didn't repair believing it was a software problem but when it came to taking it back they fixed it within 30 minutes by replacing the speaker although they've never replaced one in this phone before. My phone is now working great and the comms with the company were top notch. Would have given 5 stars if the phone got fixed on the first attempt but it was a problem they hadn't seen before so can't really complain.
