We have bought various items from this seller and have had absolutely no issue at all. However, due to much "use and abuse" on various bushcraft and Scout camps as well as constant use charging up our portable unit for off grid electronics chargings on a daily basis, a part eventually wore out. I couldn't find it on the site so contacted the company. Tim couldn't have been more helpful. With excellent communication and outstanding customer service, I ordered a replacement (new and improved, I will hasten to add) and received it within a couple of days. Excellent all round.

My jump starter/ power bank developed a fault and would not hold it's charge.
Prior to this it worked fine and I used it on few occasions and was very pleased with it.
I emailed Tim and he sent me a replacement unit the next day.

Just bought the Overland 18ah charger/jump starter for a family member, on the strength of my own experience with MSC's 10ah charger, which has jump started my own and neighbour's car effortlessly. The device seems to stay fully charged for months and is simple to recharge with the supplied lead. This is a neat and very effective charger/starter, backed up by a company that is a pleasure to deal with. Tim's responses and suggestions have been fast, friendly and very helpful as numerous other reviews corroborate. I don't understand why Tustpilot is only showing 4 stars as all the reviews give MSC 5! You can buy one of these with confidence.

I ordered an item which was showing to be "on back order" without noticing. Tim messaged me the following morning, a Saturday, to ensure I had noticed. As it was required urgently, he kindly offered a superior product.
The item was sent on Monday and arrived on the Tuesday morning.

Tim sorted out my problem which was entirely of my own making by refunding me my costs as I had bought a recharger in error. It's not often that you experience customer service like this. Thank you.

Overlander unit I bought did not seem to hold charge for as long as advertised and was flat when I came to use it two months or so after purchase.
Wrote to Tim the owner and unit was replace with new one within a couple of days. Magnificent customer service. Could not be better.
