My father-in-law bought a chair costing £1,850. When it turned up it was electrified and uncomfortable, which I not at all what he thought he had ordered. He immediately rejected the chair but Mobilty Centre took several months to collect it and have still not refunded a penny. They claim to be reselling the chair but there is no evidence of any effort to do so in many months.

Ordered a knee scooter to be delivered. It never turned up. I emailed twice about this over 2 days but got no reply. Phoned them to be put on hold for over 10 minutes, not having even spoken to them so hung up and redialled. Went to Voicemail and left a message requesting either delivery or refund. Still heard nothing. Wanted to take this on a weekend away with friends as I’m on crutches but it’s too late now. Totally hacked off with dreadful service.

My mum has been struggling for many years with mobility issues and we have been on a mission to find her the best walking aids that will last. My mum can be very anxious going to new places and meeting new people but we feel we have now found the perfect place for my mums mobility issues aswel as somewhere she feels comfortable discussing this. Richard was incredibly warm, kind and funny which put my mum at ease and she started to actually enjoy shopping for her rollator and not feel embarrassed. Its clear Richard is very passionate about helping others, and we both felt we were in safe hands with someone who is very knowledgeable. Their mobility centre was clean, organised, well stocked and has a friendly atmosphere. Richard made us both feel welcomed, listened to and cared for. He gave my mum a very good deal on a lovely rollator, with accessories (which made us both tear up) and my mum was able to wheel out of there with a walking aid that already greatly helped her (she was using a walking stick mainly) and a massive smile on her face! Thank you so much to the team at Mobility Centre, we will see you soon!

Ordered and received a much needed wheelchair for my mum, she's delighted with how comfortable it is. Fabulous advice was given by the Mobility Centre to help us with this purchase so we will definitely be using this company again for future mobility aids.

Goods received well packaged and as described

Placed an order with them, but as it hadn't been dispatched after a couple if days, I contacted them to cancel. Automated reply saying it was being looked into but nothing. I have contacted them another couple of times but nothing. No response, no product and no refund. Avoid this company.
