Handy parking for large vehicles (there was a Flixbus there when I went) and very reasonable if it weren't for the fact that I parked my van on the wrong side of the Best Western which is not a Mobypark site. I will take more care next time.

Phone does not work, links not arriving, can't extend reservation. eriously worse than any competitor I tried
I parked this Thursday in Amsterdam. First thing I noticed worse than other parking apps is that I could not extend parking, it is on their FAQ. But the worst part was that they did not send me the link to open the gate and leave the parking at reservation end. In addition to that their phone number mentioned for outside for working hours just does not exist or could not connect with Lebara mobile. Either way we barely left the parking with a lot of stress and no ability to get help.

Cheap price, easy to find, central location, useful photos to help us find the exact building, access was easily facilitated via a secure link in an email to open/close the gate, the parking was secure and not too full, and booking was super easy online. 100% would use again. Thanks!

It all works well. Only one small issue: we had no internet in the garage when we want to exit. I send my wife to the gate and there she opened it so finally we managed ourselves.

The electronic entry code key worked flawlessly and allowed for in and out within the chosen time slot without the need for tickets or additional fees. The parking spot was easy accesable and there was lots of space for parking and manoeuvering.

Terrible service. Making money out of their own errors and 'rules' in their system. No service and accountability at all, and being laughed at by Dona on the phone while at first they don't pick up. Don't use this scam service.
