Have been buying from Moccis for a number of years. Love the designs, love how good quality they are. Mine have gone through several washes and have always held up very well. They are now in my kids memory boxes as a keepsake. Now I’m buying for my niece for her to enjoy

Excellent product, however hardly any sizes in stock, then when prompted to pre-order in appropriate size nothing happened.

I have purchased from Moccis several times and been delighted with them, as my Grandkids have been. I have found the sizing very difficult this time though and it took three deliveries to get right!! 🙄
However, Anna was very patient and helpful through it all. Now happy! 😊

Excellent quality product with fun designs. Fast delivery. What's not to like?

This is the third pair of Moccis slippers we have had for my 3 year old son. He loves running around the house and we have wooden floors so they are ideal for protecting his feet. I can not fault the quality and the speed in which they arrive. There will definitely be future purchases.

Great design, comfortable, keeps my daughters feet really warm on our tiled floor. They don’t fall off and they can’t be pulled off (bonus)

I love my Moccis - I lost one, searched everywhere - not in the fridge - so my cold toes said try again and now my new Moccis keep my feet warm and comfy. NB if being sent outside UK you are liable for tax - over € 30!

I ordered two pairs - one of which came with a sewing defect that made them unusable. The sole had a gaping hole where it should have been stitched to the side of the moccasin.

There is no facility to talk to a person at Moccis about any issues you may have. The Moccis web site links to a seemingly external service with a form you fill out and an area for attaching photographs.

Out of the blue you then get an email "allowing" you to return the moccis at your own cost with a courier of your choice. Any overseas buyers will already have paid fairly high customs charges to have the faulty product delivered, and now face not just courier charges, but further customs charges for a replacement pair. It's very disappointing to pay for Moccis' mistakes. Checking the moccasins as they're packed would literally take an extra 30 seconds.

Needless to say, I sent an email refusing to spend money on a courier. I got no reply to my email, and no acknowledgement. A simple, "We're sorry you're frustrated, let us look into what we can do..." would at least have been something. But it seems Anna is only interested in churning out the sales and receiving the money - quite in opposition of the image she tries to put out. Complaint management is outsourced.

In the end, another pair of Moccis simply turned up with a customs charge, without any announcements or apologies from Moccis. In all, I paid €40 extra for my second pair of moccis, over an above the purchase price, for the pleasure of receiving a faulty pair up front.

I suggest Anna spend less money on branded mail satchels and packaging, and more on her interpersonal and quality control efforts. Star status? Hardly.

I bought the Grease Lightening moccis for our car mad 2 year old grandson. He loves them and enjoys showing them to everyone. A very successful purchase.

Our family have been wearing moccis as long as I can remember (since before 2005). My teens are now adult sizes so when the largest sizes go on sale, we are delighted! You can buy a similar and cheaper version but they will never beat the quality of Moccis. Can't recommend more highly.

These slipper sock are fabulous, warm, non slip and well worth the price.

Such a lovely product- these are our go to slippers, we have been given as birthday presents cheaper alternatives and there is no contest. The slippers are an investment- they last and are so warm and cosy and wash really well. As a company I have really appreciated there customer service! 5star all round!!!
