Fast, courteous and very satisfactory service. The phone service call I originally placed (corporate) was anything but! So happy I called the store directly. I recently ordered a sofa set from this company, expecting a smooth and timely delivery process. However, I'm disappointed to report that my experience has been anything but that. My sofa pieces were supposed to arrive within the promised time frame, but they have been significantly delayed.
To make matters worse, the customer service representative handling my order provided inaccurate information on multiple occasions. This led to further confusion and frustration, which ultimately resulted in the company firing the representative. While I understand that mistakes can happen, it's disheartening to know that my order wasn't handled with the care and attention it deserved.
Despite the setbacks, I still hope that my sofa set will arrive by June, as I've been looking forward to enjoying it in my home. I'm crossing my fingers and praying that the company can rectify this situation by delivering a high-quality product on time. However, based on my experience so far, I'm hesitant to recommend this company to others.

Frustrating Experience and Unfulfilled Promises
I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my extremely disappointing experience with Modani. I ordered furniture from this store almost two years ago, and they have still not delivered the items I purchased. Despite their ongoing failure to fulfill the order, they continue to charge me for the furniture.
From the moment I made the purchase, the customer service experience with Modani has been nothing short of a nightmare. I have made countless attempts to contact the store and resolve this issue, but I am constantly met with unresponsiveness and unhelpful answers. The communication has been highly unprofessional, and it has become an emotionally draining and time-consuming hassle for Us.
This experience has not only left me without the furniture I need but also with a sense of deep frustration and regret. I wish I had done more research and considered other furniture stores before investing my time and money into this business.
I highly recommend that potential customers explore other options when shopping for furniture. My experience with Modani has caused me to lose faith in the company’s ability to deliver on its promises and has left me with a terrible taste in my mouth. Save yourself the headache and choose a more trustworthy and reliable store for your needs.

You need to BE AWARE that if you do not raise any issues, concerns with your purchase within 7 days from the delivery/purchase date you are NOT entitled to receive any replacement, repair, compensation even if there was a clear manufacturing error, a latent defect and/or simply a design error.
IT IS ALL YOUR RESPONSIBILITY!
Bear in mind the quality of the products is not such that you can feel comfortable to have such conditions with your purchase!
No reason to say the customer service will NEVER answer your calls!

The customer service or rather lack of customer service is astonishing, when there are so many fantastic Co out there providing great service. You are expected to deal with somebody via text, they take days between to respond and don’t give any offer of solution except to mention the outrageous 35% fee to do a return. Think twice

i ordered what appeared to be a very slick classy sofa and paid extra to have it delivered assembled in place. they were given instructions as to the architecture of my home. the 2 movers who came w the 200Lb sofa were unable to lift/move the sofa up a curved stair way to the second floor. they left the sofa IN MY GARAGE where it still sits 2 days later with NO CONTACT FROM MODANI . i hv had to send numerous emails , calls to get this rectified. if you are going to sell classy high dollar furniture - make sure you have the quality customer service to service your brand. FAIL!!
TERRIBLE customer service - Caution when you order online
I am extremely disappointed with my current experience with Modani, as I used to be a customer of their NYC and Miami store. Most of my home is decorated with Modani furniture. I placed an order for a mattress on Nov 10th, and the day after, they email me saying that they don't have my order in stock. I ask them to send a replacement of one product that was slightly more expensive, so I didn't have to cancel the order. I mean, if you don't have something on stock you should never take the money. Modani rep suddenly found the product i ordered, but that it was going to take 2-3 weeks and that I would receive a call from a shipping company to schedule the delivery (it costs $99 USD). After a few weeks i receive the call, but after confirming my address, this shipping company says they do not deliver to my area, that Modani sent my order to their wrong location and that I needed to call them. I have been trying to get answers for more than a week now and my emails were ignored, and my calls were not returned. Now some costumer service representative told me that it would take another 3-4 weeks for me to receive my order and i find that unacceptable! This woman said that she was going to talk to my sales rep and put me on hold for a while until i hang up. I tried to call back several times and they are not answering on purpose. This is not good business practice and they have lost a good customer! Now my next step is to dispute the charge with my bank and let them handle it.

We purchased the Modani Gray Bergamo Recliner 2 years ago. We were told it was leather only to find out when the leather started splitting the repair person told us this is not leather but fake leather called leatherette. To add insult to injury, we we told that the warranty we purchased that if leather split or any other problems like seat and back support failed they would replace couch. I don’t know you, but having a metal bar hitting your back and the fake leather will be hot and make you sweat. Modani buyers beware.
Warning stay away! Poor Quality & Bait and Switch!
We wanted to purchase the Bergamo sectional, but the salesman told us it was discontinued in favor over a new version the Lorenzo, which was lower to the ground but identical in every way otherwise, so we waited the 4 months. The day the Lorenzo arrived my wife was so excited to add this to our new home, and well that ended quickly. This is because it was a very different leather than promised, far more pebbled and KILLED the modern look. It looked like it was designed for Montana not Milan! We declined. My wife called Customer Service who just didn’t care at all, and tried to deny the bait and switched leather. They wanted us to keep it. We refused, especially after we furnished most of house with their junk! (Lots of repair issues). Now it gets good! The delivery guy told us they are still delivering new Bergamos!!! Customer Service didn’t even offer to replace the Lorenzo with a Bergamo, even though they had plenty in stock! So we asked for a refund, they sent it quick, along with the 2x repairs for the new bedroom furniture we received only 3 weeks earlier (think about that).
Ultimately, we think the price is what it is at Modani, compared to other retailers because of the poor quality and bad service in exchange for nice looking furniture. We learned and are spending a little more money next door this week at Natuzzi in Paramus to buy a quality sofa we can count on being what we purchased and not something else.
Modani went from a 10 to a 0 for us due to the furniture quality, sales schemes, lack of care from management and CS. Save your money folks that all they care about!
After about 2 months of nightmares...
After about 2 months of being turned in all directions for order 566339 (and 569945), Stephania was the ONLY person who cared, treated me with respect, and brought this nightmare to an end. She followed up with me as soon as I contacted her about my order and made sure that the damaged table base was replaced and delivered to me. I have no doubt that she is a really good person in her social life. She could train your other employees, especially those at your store in Dallas, about Customer Service: respect, listening, care, follow up, carrying the reputation of your employer. She really is my Champion who saved the reputation of your Company. I was about to give Modani a very bad review with all my contacts everywhere, and believe me I have contacts around the world.
