Ive being a customar of Moda Xpress for several years now since I love the quality of your items in general. Also, the fact that the clothes are true to size. It’s been a very pleasant experience to receive my orders every time I’m expecting one of them. Besides, in case there is an inconvenience with my orders the support team will guide me and help me through the best way possible to benefit and satisfy my needs as a customer as well. Well so far I have been happy with my purchases. The clothes are spot on to the web site photos. The sizes are right if you measure yourself, keep in mind sizes veritate by the material used. I like the how easy I can navigate and make purchases. I love how fast the orders are shipped. Moda Express is my favorite on line store, I wish there was a store near me.

Love your cloths. But not your return policy. I had to purchase $200 or more to get free shipping. Or whatever the amount was. But, then needed to exchange sizes. That was possible. So I had to return some stuff. Pay $25 for shipping to return and then pay shipping again to re-purchase. That did not make me happy….Where is the reward? Or appreciation in this?

I loved the fit and quality of the clothing I purchased. I just wish the delivery didn't take so long.

Love the jeans in particular, they fit me better than most other retail stores. I like a lot of their jeans and pants line up, with the many different styles of cuts and colors. This is one of the reasons I shop here.
I just wish they had a retail store near me, I live in the western part of the states.

The zipper broke on the skinny jeans

I just purchased my 3rd pair of jeans. The fit is perfect, & the comfort is amazing! The sizing is right on too!

I love your pants especially the booty lifting pants it gives the booty more of a lift and I always get compliments when I wear your brand of pants. The only thing I would say is the I have had 3 pants the zippers broke. but other than that I love your brand.

I have been buying clothes and shoes from Moda. The size that I order has always been perfect. The quality of the clothes is great. I will continue buying from Moda.

Sizing is fairly consistent which makes buying pants and tops very easy. The sites filters work beautifully. Everything is categorized appropriately. The outfits section is very inspiring when choosing new clothes. The clothes are just the same in person as they appear online. The size chart is spot on. Checking out is quick and easy. Navigating my account and past orders is also quick and easy. I love Moda Xpress and it’s one of the very few places I buy clothing from.

I love Moda Express. I have been shopping from them for quite a few years. I love that the styles you find on their site, You cannot find anywhere else. My favorite jeans are the Moda Express brand. They do enhance your curves and are very comfortable. I’m always looking forward to new styles.
In regards to some of the negative reviews…
I’ve never had a problem with returning any of my returns. And I have always been offered a full refund OR store credit. I have always gotten a refund and never chose the store credit option.
I believe their jeans to be in good quality. I literally have jeans hanging in my closet from three years ago from Moda express.
The only thing I will agree with… the shipping is expensive and if you need to return your order because it doesn’t fit, You have to pay for the shipping back and then shipping again to get the correct size.

I ordered stuff was never delivered to me but some other address. I didn't even get a full refund. Dissatisfied and not worth the time!

Shipping is ridiculously expensive, and it doesn’t even include a return label — which is wild considering their return policy. They don’t issue refunds; instead, they only offer store credit or gift cards, even if the clothes don’t fit properly.

T this company is selling cheap jeans. They may look fancy, but they are very cheap. The zippers break automatically like you don’t even have to put them on Only to try them on and the zipper is a breaking one by one they may look adorable but do not waste your money on this company and they do not have the decency to give you your money back. They want you to get a store credit so that you can buy more of their garbage do not deal with this company. I think they’re a scam.
