Do not conduct business with this company. I purchased some items for my wife which were too small so I called the company and got no answer so I called again a few days later still no answer, so I sent an email. waited a few days and never received a response. I called back a third time the next week and finally someone answers and tells me that I can’t get a refund, only a store credit. I did not want a store credit as the items were too small and not my wife’s taste so of course I don’t need a store credit. I suggest you do as the lady told me, make sure that you read the store policy before buying anything from this place or you’ll be finding a place to donation the items to also, I feel robbed and taken advantage of, do yourself a favor, avoid the headache and shop elsewhere.

Their jeans are decent, but I would shop elsewhere. You have to pay to get your items shipped back... okay, that’s fine. However, they don’t even provide you with a shipping label. What is the purpose of me filling out a return form online, if you don’t provide a shipping label. I’ll just stick to Fashion Nova, American Eagle and Express. Better quality and easier returns.

I bought 3 pairs of Moda Xpress jeans through Amazon and had to return all 3 because of the very poor quality of these jeans. They offer zero butt lifting qualities, the material is not stretchy and very uncomfortable. Poor design, they look like a cheap product. Nothing like on the pictures!!! The company charges for shipping and returns through Amazon, which adds to the already overpriced jeans. Their customer service team is rude, they're not interested in helping customers. Don't be surprised if you never receive your refund. I would never recommend this company's products to anyone. It's a big waste of money and time. Absolutely not worth it!

I'm literally crying. I spend 128 euro for 4 jeans, they end up sending me pot's. No jeans. Why would you be so cruel??

I've been using this site a few years now so obviously I like it lol but I have had a few items that I ordered fit smaller than expected or end up being see through. I've never had any issues with shipping or wrong orders, shipping has always been fast for me. My advice for this site is really pay attention to the pictures. If your wondering if its see through or not..... most likely it is. If the pants look jumbled at the bottom on the model..... they tend to be longer in length than others. Overall I like the site.

I recently made an order of jeans from this site, they look so cute. I have a tracking number and I am expecting my package next week. I did need to reach out to customer service and they replied back quick. I will give this site 5 stars when i receive my package.
Update: I received my package on the expected date all jeans fit like a glove, will for sure buy more on here in the future.

What’s not to love about their jeans! Love them all!!!

Clothes fit great, but some bleed in the laundry. Recommend washing separately. Aside from that the clothes still look amazing after couple of washes. That’s why I am putting 5 stars.
