Here we go again, finally received pack 42 as required, however the tube is still to short but luckily have got over this by joining up with part of tube I already had.
However have continued to build model got to pack 48 and more problems: firstly part D will NOT fit onto frame as hole spacings are incorrect, then I discover I have 2off part E and parts F are MISSING!!!! I am getting extremely annoyed with this as I explained in previous Emails, I do believe these models are not fit for purpose and you are obtaining money under false pretences!!
I expect pack to receive pack 48 by the end of this week 26/02/2021 and will be pursuing a part refund for the inconvenience and frustration your company is causing me since OCTOBER 2020 Finally received pack 48 only to find limit switches don't fit or is there a way of fitting a rectangular plug into a round hole, disappointed can't give minus stars! No doubt customer services will come up with some mind numbing excuse

I ordered the Mclaren subscription kit mid last year, to begin with packs came through after payment was taken, in December payment was taken, no pack arrived. I contacted customer services and after infrequent replies and providing evidence I had paid, the pack arrived. During this lengthy exchange Jans payment had been processed, and suprise suprise, no kit arrived. I contacted customer services again and they told me although they had taken payment for the next pack, they didnt have any in stock and could not give me a date when it would be, how can this ever be an acceptable practice for a business? Avoid at all costs.

Don’t buy a subscription
You buy a subscription for xx months but they don’t have stock to ship out a pack each month. First 2 packs went Ok and received them as planned but then the delays already started to come. The 3rd pack was delivered a month late and the 4rd pack should have been received a month a go but still no news about that after contacting Customer Support multiple times and also no ETA for when it will be available.
For the extra money the subscription costs compared to buying the kit at once, it’s astonishing how bad the service and the delays are. Then I’m still only at pack 4 of my subscription. What would happen for the next packs when i’m at pack 20 of the 24 or there is a delay with every upcoming pack. Doesn’t give any confidence it will ever be on time and my kit will be finished in the 2 years the subscription would take.
Better to stop now and take my loss and for others don’t buy it at all before you already spend a lot of money and end up with a kit where you miss the last 3 packs to complete your model. This way of service and delays doesn’t give any confidence. I gave them a chance but I losed.
In the end Brexit also doesn’t help because it will probably cost a lot more with the extra import taxes. I also did not receive any mails that my subscription fee has been adapted to not include VAT anymore. There is a lot to improve.
Edit after contact:
After cancelling my subscription it's getting worse and worse with this company. As a response on my cancellation I got the response that my subscription was already cancelled back in January. But I did not cancel it back then and in January even had a few mails back and forward about the status of my next pack. Did not receive the messages/confirmation that anything was cancelled. The reason why it was cancelled is also not clear and I never received a mail about it or any other contact.
Best to completely ignore this company these kind of practices are not what you want. That they cancel your subscription without notice and at anytime, the more reason to not buy any subscription that results in a partially build model...
If there was a zero star option I would give that to this company. But unfortunately you need to give at least one star...

Customer service needs working on
Customer service useless while building one of there build up models I found a part was missing when I telephoned them they said on will have to order it. 6 months and over 40 email and I don't know how many phone calls and over £250 later I still did not receive this part in the end I cut my loses and cancelled my subscription update to this review since posting it I was contacted by model space and they have finally received my missing part which was first ordered on 01/06/2020 and I received it today 26/02/2021I therefore amended my rating of them even though I still not sure about them

The worst customer service ever
45 days after placing the order, I still haven't received even one package. Out of 10 sent e-mails, I got the first reply after 10 days. The worst customer service I have encountered so far.

I ordered the full kit of the Beetle, but it arrived with parts missing and no response from customer service.
Customer service has now been in touch and rectified the issue. It's just a shame it took them so looooong.
The model itself is top-notch, hence the 4 stars -- 5 stars for the product but 1 star knocked off for the good-but-very-slow customer service.

I have a subscription for the Mazda Cosmo model. I received the first pack in mid December and have received nothing since.
I have sent three emails for updates with no response. If they we're having issues and let me know, I could stomach it, but the complete radio silence is unacceptable.

Not to be trusted
Ordered R2D2 subscription in August 2020 and haven't received anything yet. They took 6 payments but sent nothing out.
Contacted Customer Service on numerous occasions over phone and email.
Through that 6 months I heard lies like my parcel was lost etc. Few times they assured me that they will resend. After 4 months they admitted that they didn't send anything because of internal system fault and everything will be with me soon. Three weeks later they told me that it was DHL having problems with international delivery due to new rules after Brexit and everything will be with me 10 days later. After another 3 weeks they said that they are out of stock and when I reminded them previous promises, they said that the problem is with my address (out of stock or address or DHL? Come on...)
They were unable to provide any tracking number ever (International delivery is sent with tracking as they state on their website)
In the end they said they can resend to another address or I can cancel and get full refund.
I cancelled it but will I get money back? I doubt.
Reported a claim to my card issuer just in case.
I got many subscriptions from them before and it was always perfect.
This time this Merchant is gone wrong for good. Avoid!!

Still waiting for missing parts from my order 13/01/21. Customer service is abysmal not had any contact with the company for months. The product is good but customer service non existent
Ordered the model Yamato as a full build 13/1/2021. Received confirmation and all was happy until the price on the website and advertisements differed. Email them using the site for a reason NO answer. The website said delivery of 5 days after 6 days again email ( using site) where was my model no answer, then found a phone number (one of three) after trying all the numbers finally got a answer. The model would be later, then a email arrived saying up to 21working days for delivery.
The model arrived 5/2/2021(early good) the box was battered and on opening the kit was sandwiched between flat boxes in several layers. After checking the contents found missing parts and broken parts, email a list straight away to customer service and waiting for a reply as of today 10/2/2021 not had any contact
The quality of what i have is good but customer service leaves a lot to be desired other suppliers have been brilliantly, modelSpace need to pick up its act.

Really enjoyed building Thunderbird 2. Had no real issues with the build. I ordered the entire model so I didn’t have to wait for individual parts.
